Economic Analysis And Policy Suggestion On Conversion Of Livestock And Poultry Manure Into Bio-organic Fertilizer In Jilin Province

Under the application and promotion of converting livestock and poultry manure into organic fertilizer in Jilin Province,this paper takes the pollution of livestock and poultry manure as the breakthrough point,analyzes the situation of livestock and poultry manure consumption areas in Jilin Province,uses the bio-organic fertilizer converted from livestock and poultry manure as the turning point,takes the advantage of producing bio-organic fertilizer to consume livestock and poultry manure,increases the production of bio-organic fertilizer enterprises,and increases the economic benefits of enterprises as the foothold.Based on the field investigation of farmers in the inland areas of Jilin Province,the application of bio-organic fertilizer was analyzed,and finally the influence of bio-organic fertilizer on agricultural products,output and price was obtained.On the premise of the government’s policy of vigorously promoting and distributing bio-organic fertilizer in Jilin Province,we will speed up the development of market economy.Based on the data analysis of livestock and poultry manure distribution,livestock and poultry manure waste pollution discharge and pollution status in Jilin Province,the treatment methods of livestock and poultry manure waste in Jilin Province were briefly described,and the best treatment method of livestock and poultry manure was resource utilization,and resources were recycled through technological innovation.In this paper,the advantages,problems and difficulties of converting livestock and poultry manure into bio-organic fertilizer in Jilin Province were analyzed by investigating enterprises on the spot,distributing questionnaires to farmers in various regions of Jilin Province,and inquiring relevant government policy documents,and the corresponding solutions were put forward.The results showed that livestock and poultry manure was converted into bioorganic fertilizer,and through market-oriented operation and state policy support to organic fertilizer enterprises,the enterprises producing organic fertilizer were gradually scaled up,demonstrated and quantified with high yield.Through government propaganda and training,farmers’ awareness of applying bio-organic fertilizer was improved,and government propaganda of agricultural fertilization technology had a significant impact on farmers’ willingness to adopt organic fertilizer.Accordingly,on the basis of field investigation,the potential and demand of converting livestock and poultry manure into bio-organic fertilizer in Jilin Province were measured,and on this basis,how much livestock and poultry manure was consumed by bio-organic fertilizer,the cost,price and profit of producing bio-organic fertilizer were analyzed.Finally,farmers analyzed the treatment methods and demand cognition of bio-organic fertilizer,and the economic benefits of bio-organic fertilizer on crops changed,and then some policy suggestions were put forward.The government should issue relevant national policies to solve the outstanding problems faced by bio-organic fertilizer.Through the self-optimization of enterprises and the support of national policies,the conversion of livestock and poultry manure into bio-organic fertilizer will bring economic benefits of increasing farmers’ income and production,and finally achieve the sustainable development of green agriculture.
