Non-heading Chinese cabbage(Brassica campestris L.ssp.chinensis Makino.),a one or two annual herb plant belonging to Brassica of Cruciferous,is originated from China.Non-heading Chinese cabbage is a worldwide-cultivated species for its good quality and high nutrition value,and welcomed by consumers.Bio-bacterial manure is a new type of green fertilizer,which can improve soil aggregate structure,produce metabolites such as organic acids,capsular polysaccharide and so on.In addition,it could release soluble phosphorus,potassium and trace elements after decomposition in soil which can improve plant nutrition conditions,produce active material promote the growth of crops,such as gibberellins,cytokinins and so on.Moreover,bio-bacterial manure could stimulate plant growth and enhance root activity,increase Chlorophyll content and leaf area,enhance photosynthetic efficiency,thus improve yield and quality.In this study,two non-heading Chinese cabbage varieties 'Huaguan' and 'Huawang'were selected as experimental meteials and grown in a multi-span plastic greenhouse.We focused on effects of different kind and amount of bio-bacterial manure on emergence of non-heading Chinese cabbage seeds and seedling growth,plant growth,yield and quality of non-heading Chinese cabbage,as well as effects of different kind of bio-bacterial manure with the reduction of chemical fertilizer on growth,yield,quality and economic benefit of non-heading Chinese cabbage.The main results are as follows:1.When Nongdage and Baiougaien bio-bacterial manure less than 100g/m3,seed emergence rate,seedling rate and emergence index of non-heading Chinese cabbage were significantly higher than control,plant height,hypocotyl diameter,maximum leaf length and width,fresh and dry weight of seedling also increased significantly.Nursery substrate with a suitable amount of Nongdage and Baiougaien bio-bacterial manure could increase photosynthetic pigment and root activity of seedling,includes Chlorophll a,Chlorophll b and Carotenoids content,enhance the accumulation of photosynthetic products.The suitable amount of Nongdage bio-bacterial manure is 200g/m3(N4)and Baiougaien bio-bacterial manure is 300g/m3(B3).2.When Nongdage and Baiougaien bio-bacterial manure were respectively higher than 3kg/666.7m2 and 4kg/666.7m2,plant height,unfold degree,fresh and dry weight of shoot and root of non-heading Chinese cabbage were significantly higher than control.A suitable amount of bio-bacterial manure increase Chlorophyll relative content and length of root,enhance yield and improve quality.In different kind and amount of bio-bacterial manure,the best is Nongdage bio-bacterial manure at 4kg/666.7m2(N4)and Baiougaien bio-bacterial manure at 6kg/666.7m2(B3).3.Bio-bacterial manure with the reduction of compound fertilizer and urea could significantly increase plant height,leaves number,leaf and petiole area,maximum leaf weight and per plant weight of non-heading Chinese cabbage.Bio-bacterial manure with the reduction of chemical fertilizer could increase soluble sugar,soluble protein and Vitamin C content,reduce nitrate and cellulose content,enhance antioxidant enzyme activity,improve quality and economic benefit.For growth and yield,quality and economic benefit of non-heading Chinese cabbage,The best treatment is bio-bacterial manure with compound fertilizer 10%reduced,then with compound fertilizer 20%reduced and urea 10%reduced.
