Study On The Digital Development Strategy Of Cow Raising In Chunhui Ranch

In the era of the digital economy,disruptive technologies like AI,big data,Io T,and cloud computing are accelerating the transformation and upgrading of traditional businesses along the trends of interconnectedness,informatization,digitalization,and intelligentization.and the development of China’s pasture industry is in no way irrelevant to this course.overall,China’s digitalized pastures are still in its initial stage of development.Digital transformation is a strategically requisite path to take in today’s pasture development,as it plays a positive role in promoting the upgrading,sustainability,and social influence of the pasture industry.In light of this background,this paper focuses on the transformation and development of pasture digitalization,taking Chunhui Pasture,a cattle-breeding leader in the city of T,as the research object.The paper is mainly divided into three parts: The first part is a literature review,which goes through the literature and research on digitalized business transformation,existing pasture-based cattle breeding models,and pasture digitalization.The second part is a twochapter analysis of the status quo of cattle breeding in Chunhui Pasture and the factors affecting the development of its digitalization.Chapter Three elaborates the status quo of dairy cow breeding in Chunhui Pasture from its development timeline to its business model and operational workflow.Chapter Four analyzes the internal and external factors influencing the development of digitalization in Chunhui Pasture through an investigation of the internal organization in Chunhui Pasture.The third part concerns the development scheme design for the digitalization of pasture-based cattle breeding.After considering all the internal and external factors associated with Chunhui Pasture as well as the strategic development goals of its digitalization,a development design scheme proposal for the digitalization of Chunhui Pasture is presented,covering the overall framework,key modules,and construction phase planning.Finally,the corresponding implementation strategies are raised,laying out such contents as the digitalization project team,development ideas for the digitalization,personnel training,and the supporting systems for all the above modules.The research results of this paper provide theoretical support and specific plans and strategies for the promotion of digital aquaculture transformation and upgrading in Chunhui Pasture,and have certain reference significance for other similar pastures.
