Nitrogen fertilizer is the most important fertilizer in rice production and the key premise to ensure rice yield. With the rapid development of modern agriculture, the production and consumption of high-quality rice has become an urgent demand for the development of rice production, and nitrogen fertilizer plays a vital role in the regulation of rice yield and quality.According to previous studies, rice yield increases with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer application. On the contrary, this experiment explains the reason for this phenomenon from the perspective of regulating tiller fertilizer.Seven tiller fertilizer gradients,CK,400,402,412,422,432 and 442(total nitrogen 225 kg / hm2),are set to regulate node tillers, and determine the yield contribution, quality and nitrogen transport of node tillers,The experimental results are as follows:1.In terms of dry matter accumulation, the grain weight of node tillers decreased with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer, and the grain filling rate of node tillers also decreased with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer. The average grain filling rate and grain weight of main stem were the highest, and the average grain filling rate and grain weight of fourth grade tillers were the lowest. With the increase of nitrogen fertilizer, the proportion of dry matter weight of secondary tillers decreased, and the proportion of dry matter weight of tertiary and quaternary tillers increased.2.In terms of yield components, secondary tillers contribute the most to the overall yield and have the largest number of effective panicles.Increasing the application of nitrogen fertilizer will significantly increase the number of effective panicles of secondary tillers.Increasing tertiary tillers and producing tertiary tillers under high nitrogen conditions are the main reasons for increasing yield.3.In terms of quality, the chalkiness and chalky grain rate of secondary tillers are relatively low and the appearance quality is better, while the chalkiness and chalky grain rate of tertiary and quaternary tillers produced by increasing nitrogen fertilizer are higher, which reduces the overall appearance quality. The second-class tillers have the highest taste value and the third and fourth-class tillers have the lowest taste value.Because the second-class tillers have higher viscosity and lower viscosity, the third and fourth-class tillers have lower taste value due to their higher hardness and lower viscosity, while the protein content and amylose content are the reasons for the change of hardness and viscosity of node tillers, and the protein and amylose content of second-class tillers are lower,The contents of protein and amylose in the third and fourth tillers were higher.4.The nitrogen accumulation gradually increased with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer application,in which the nitrogen accumulation of the main stem was the highest, the secondary tillers were relatively low,and the nitrogen transport rate gradually decreased with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer. The transport rate of the main stem was higher, and the nitrogen transport rate of the secondary tillers was lower, and there were significant differences, which was also the reason for the relatively low protein content of the secondary tillers. |
