Under the conditions of a fixed the panicle proportion of (35kg/ha), set different basal andtillering fertilizer nitrogen plot experiment. Basal and tillering fertilizer nitrogen were30kg/ha,65kg/ha,85kg/ha and115kg/ha, and no nitrogen control. Determination of the main growthperiod of rice tillering, dry matter, nitrogen accumulation, yield and nitrogen efficiency,Acquisition control processing of soil at the same time, set up indoor soil culture experiment,experiment including five treatment, CK: no nitrogen; N1: N30kg/ha; N2: N65kg/ha; N3: N100kg/ha; N4: N135kg/ha, determination of layer as well as the various forms of nitrogencontent in different soil layer, simulation application basal and tillering nitrogen fertilizer after thevariation of the soil nitrogen and nitrogen in the water, to look for characterization of nitrogen toindex, and proved the relationship between the basal and tillering nitrogen fertilizer with cold ricetillering, yield and nitrogen efficiency, provide theoretical basis for quantitative fertilization asbasal and tillering fertilizer. The result is as follows:Incubation test results show that urea applied into the soil, after a week has alreadytransformed completely; Ammonium nitrogen content increased in water layer with ureaconversion. with the passage of time, the ammonium nitrogen content gradually decreased, and thedifferent time ammonium nitrogen content increases with the increase of N application rate.Ammonium nitrogen after urea transformation mainly concentrated in the0to4cm soil layer andwater layer, and0to4cm soil ammonium nitrogen content increased with the increase of Napplication rate increased, can reflect the situation of applied nitrogen fertilizer.4-10cm soilammonium nitrogen content is not obviously affected by the amount of nitrogen. Fertilization21days after the soil ammonium nitrogen content decreased significantly, from the perspective of thebalance of nitrogen, fertilization21days recovery of N is less than40%of the total nitrogen, alarge number of nitrogen loss through various way.As the increase of the basal and tillering fertilizer nitrogen in tillering stage, jointing stage,mature stage, the rice tillering number all showed a trend of decrease after the first increase, tillerearing rate showed a trend of gradual reducing; With nitrogen fertilizer increased, dry matteraccumulation of rice before jointing stage showed increasing trend, and after jointing stage and mature stage, the nitrogen fertilizer increased as dry matter accumulation increased, and then tendsto a stable value. With the increasing of basal and tillering fertilizer, nitrogen accumulationincreased gradually before jointing stage, after jointing stage N accumulation first increased thendecreasd. Higher nitrogen could promote N accumulation before jointing stage, restrain thenitrogen accumulation in the late. Rice yield and basal and tillering fertilizer had a two curverelationship, along with the increasing of basal and tillering fertilizer to increase after reduce riceproduction; As the basal and tillering fertilizer increased, harvest index also showed a trend ofdecreasing after the first increasing; With nitrogen fertilizer increasing, the utilization rate ofnitrogen absorption and nitrogen partial productivity reduced gradually, utilization rate of nitrogenagronomy showed a trend of decreasing after the first increasing. Appropriate basal and tilleringfertilizer can make rice had enough tillers, and can increase earbearing tiller rate.basal and tillering fertilizer is so low that the rice panicles is enough, despite the higher seedsetting rate and thousand seed weight, which also can’t get high yield. basal and tillering fertilizercan make rice ineffective tiller increased, reduced earbearing tiller rate, population qualitydeterioration, did not significantly increase production. Acquired the highest tillering in ricenitrogen application of100kg/ha, but t basal and tillering fertilizer between65-85kg/ha, tillernumber does not significantly reduce, earbearing tiller rate of rice can improve and did not reduceproduction at the same time, still can obtain higher efficiency of nitrogen, which showed that basaland tillering fertilizer in cold area at65kg/ha is more appropriate.
