| In 2015,the "Action Plan for Zero Growth of Chemical Fertilizer Usage by2020" issued by the Ministry of Agriculture of my country proposed technologies for reducing the amount of chemical fertilizers and improving efficiency. After five years, the utilization rate of chemical fertilizers for the three major grains increased by 5%.3% more.In today’s rapid development of the information age,it is worth exploring how to use information intervention to further enhance the willingness of farmers to reduce fertilization.Based on this, this paper takes Henan as an example, using literature research, individual interviews, data statistical analysis and other methods to carry out research. This paper first defines the concept of information intervention, sorts out the definitions of information intervention by domestic and foreign researchers, and clarifies the four dimensions of information intervention, such as information publicity, technical training, information release, and information supply.Guided by KAP theory, combined with Based on the status quo of farmers’ reduced fertilization adoption behavior through interview analysis,a conceptual model of the impact of information intervention on farmers’ reduced fertilization adoption behavior was constructed, and variables were defined, that is,information intervention as an independent variable, individual characteristics of farmers, family and business characteristics of farmers.Farmers adopt behavioral incentives as control variables, and farmers use behavioral dependent variables for reduced fertilization techniques. Then, based on the model, hypotheses were proposed, scales were designed and measured, descriptive statistical analysis,Pearson correlation analysis and Logit model regression analysis were performed on the measurement data, and the hypotheses were tested.Under the control of variables such as number and economic incentives, information intervention has a positive effect on farmers’ adoption of reduced fertilization technology;the uncontrollable information intervention of farmers’ age, household per capita annual income and other control variables and farmers’ adoption of reduced fertilization technology Relationship.;Control variables such as gender, education level, labor force, and economic incentives control the relationship between information intervention and farmers’ adoption of reduced fertilization technology to a certain extent. Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, combined with control factors such as farmers, farmers’ families, and the state or local government,a strategy to enhance farmers’ willingness to adopt reduced fertilization technology is proposed: guided by farmers’ behavior theory, focusing on farmers’ gender factors, strengthening targeted Focus on the factors of farmers’ education level, strengthen personalized publicity;focus on farmers’ own control factors and farmers’ family control factors, take innovation and adoption theory as the guide, increase technical training, and encourage the improvement of agricultural production and management methods;Guided by externality theory, starting from the economic incentive and control factors of the state or local government, relying on village cadres and farmers themselves to improve the coverage of information disclosure;guided by externality theory, starting from information processing, reducing the amount of information for farmers fertilization technology adopts channels to provide information supply and increases information services. |
