From 2020 to 2021,10 cigar varieties were introduced in Sangzhi County,Zhangjiajie,Hunan Province,and a preliminary selection experiment was carried out,and the primary selection of Cuba No.7 was used as the test material to carry out key production techniques: transplanting period,nitrogen level And planting density test,measured and recorded 8 indicators including growth period,agronomic traits,disease index,appearance quality,physical properties,conventional chemical components,neutral aroma components and sensory quality of each treatment.The main research conclusions are as follows:1.Zhangjiajie Cigar Variety Primary SelectionAccording to 8 adaptability of 10 cigar varieties including ND-1,ND-2,Habanos,Yunxue No.1 and Yunxue No.2,including agronomic characters,disease index,appearance quality,conventional chemical composition and sensory quality The classification comprehensive evaluation and the final comprehensive evaluation results of the quality evaluation indicators,it is considered that Habanos,Cuban No.7,ND-2 and Yunxue No.1 have better adaptability,higher comprehensive quality and industrial availability,and can be used for local masters.Cultivated species.2.Study on the suitable transplanting period of Zhangjiajie cigarsCuban No.7 was transplanted on April 25(T2).The tobacco plants in the field have good individual development,reasonable population structure,high disease resistance,moderate tobacco leaf composition,sufficient oil content,high color uniformity,and relatively low greenness and injury.Less,better processability,suitable content of conventional chemical components and high coordination,high content of neutral aroma components,good aroma quality,sufficient aroma amount,less odor,less irritation,comfortable aftertaste,sweet and moist feeling protrude.3.Study on suitable nitrogen levels in Zhangjiajie cigarsCigar tobacco leaves treated with N2(210 kg/hm~2)have more effective leaves,the largest stem circumference and pitch,moderate composition,uniform color,the largest leaf length,leaf width and single leaf weight,conventional chemical composition coordination and neutral aroma The content of ingredients is higher,and the sensory quality is better than that of N1(180 kg/hm~2)and N3(240 kg/hm~2).4.Study on suitable planting density of cigars in ZhangjiajieC3 treatment(23820 plants/hm~2)has the largest number of effective leaves,high comprehensive disease resistance,good appearance quality,high processability,suitable content of conventional chemical components and good coordination,and neutral aroma components The total amount is higher,and the overall sensory quality evaluation is better,which is generally better than other treatments.
