China is rich in agricultural resources,and agricultural economic development in China gains bright prospects.However,due to the agricultural infrastructure,simple product,and the scientific level of agricultural planting mode are imperfect,the development of agricultural mechanization falls behind.Especially because of the special geographical environment in terms of slopes,rugged roads,and small farming plots in the hilly and mountainous areas,the development of agricultural mechanization is slow,with less agricultural machinery suitable for hilly and mountainous areas,which means it cannot meet the needs of agricultural mechanization in this region.Therefore,the research of agricultural machinery that is suitable for hilly and mountainous areas in this region plays a promoting role in agricultural development.In this study,the dynamic chassis of the agricultural machinery in Hilly and mountainous areas is based on the Hillside tractor as the prototype.Researchers developed an automatic leveling device of the tractor in the hilly and mountainous area,combining with the engineering machinery and the mountain machinery.The main research contents and results of this paper include:(1)According to the special geographical environment of hilly and mountainous areas in China,the driving mode of Hillside tractor is selected as hydraulic drive.The design,calculation and selection of key components of the drive system,hydraulic system and walking system are presented.The three-dimensional drawing of the body frame is carried out by using SolidWorks2014 software,drawing the conclusion that the rack size is 2370 mm * 1615 mm * 318 mm.(2)According to the calculation of height difference of structure design we got the relationship between chassis inclination angle and adjusted driving cylinder stroke,and after carrying out comprehensive and systematic analysis of the hydraulic leveling system and working principle,we propose a design scheme of vehicle leveling.The inclination state of the car body is judged by the angle sensor,and then the shape of the parallel four bar mechanism is changed by controlling the hydraulic cylinder stroke on both sides of the front and rear,and finally the body is adjusted.(3)This paper presents a feasible scheme of automatic leveling control system for Hillside tractor body.Based on PLC control system,a kind of car automatic leveling device control system is designed by selecting the control elements such as inclination sensor,temperature sensor,limit switch and system pressure sensor.And the working principle of each circuit were introduced.(4)Through speed test,it has been further verified that the maximum speed of Hillside tractor can reach 5km / h.In the outdoor debugging experiment,according to the measurement of the inclination of the vehicle body,we found reasons included the vibration caused by engine,the body tilt more than the limit and the whole assembly error,resulting in automatic leveling of the body fail to work.But the body automatically leveling failure mainly due to the body tilt angle is too large,which means the body's tilt angle is not in a reasonable range so the body cannot be leveling.However,in the actual leveling process,there will not be a significant tilt,the rack will not reach the limit position,so the test study meets the design requirements and the hills and mountain tractor body automatic leveling requirements.
