Government Support,Cognitive Level And Adoption Behavior Of Green Prevention And Control Technology On Family Farms

Green prevention and control technology is widely used in agriculture,which is of great significance for farmers to reduce the use of chemical pesticides.Family farms are one of the important new agricultural business entities using green prevention and control technology,and there are many factors affecting the application of green prevention and control technology.Based on this,264 family farms in eight prefecture-level cities of Anhui Province were investigated in this paper.The relationship between the cognition level of family farmers and the adoption behavior of green prevention and control technology in family farms was studied,and the role path was analyzed.According to the theory of planned behavior,the theory of cognitive behavior and the theory of technology acceptance,this paper studies the influence of government support on the adoption of green prevention and control technologies on family farms,the influence of government support on the cognition level of family farmers,and the mediating effect of the cognition level of family farmers on the adoption of green prevention and control technologies supported by government.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:First,in the research of the family farm,has adopted the prevention and control of green technology was the choice for 58.71% of the family farm,in the family farmers personal characteristics,and the overall operating characteristics of the family farm,there are some factors on the prevention and control of the family farm green technology adoption has certain influence,for example,the farmer’s cultural level,whether for the village cadres,the family farm land area,Whether to buy agricultural insurance and whether to join cooperatives.Second,government propaganda,training and government subsidies for green technology adoption behavior has a positive influence on prevention and control of the family farm,government propaganda,the more the more can promote adoption behavior,the government training more fully,more can improve the enthusiasm of farmers,government subsidies as a kind of economic incentives,can impact on the family farm green prevention and control technology adoption behavior.Third,government advocacy,training and subsidies can promote awareness among family farmers.Taking the cognition level of family farmers as the intermediary variable,the test results obtained through the model show that government propaganda,government training and government subsidies can improve the cognition level of farmers on green prevention and control technology,thus improving the adoption behavior of family farms on green prevention and control technology.Based on the conclusions of the study,the following suggestions are put forward: In order to promote the green agricultural production in China,this paper believes that the following three aspects should be improved.First,improve the industrialization of family farms,promote land transfer,encourage family farms to buy agricultural insurance and join cooperatives;Second,strengthen the government’s support,increase publicity,carry out various forms of technical training,strengthen the implementation of subsidy policies;Thirdly,family farmers’ awareness of green prevention and control technologies should be enhanced through multiple channels so that they can have a more comprehensive understanding and increase their enthusiasm for adopting green prevention and control technologies.
