| There are about 300,000 mu of perennial paddy fields for fish farming in Quanzhou County,accounting for 20-30% of the entire Guangxi region,ranking first among all counties and districts.Comprehensive rice and fish farming of Quanzhou has been awarded "Agricultural Geographical Indication","National Demonstration Area for Rice and Fish Comprehensive Planting and Breeding",and "Predominant Area of Agricultural Products with Chinese Characteristics".Quanzhou County has a history of more than 2,000 years of fish farming in paddy fields.It has a unique natural environment,a long-standing characteristic farming culture and increasingly mature farming techniques.However,due to factors such as difficulty in promoting new planting and breeding technologies,low product popularity,weak brand influence,and the lack of development of nonlocal markets,the overall rice-fish comprehensive planting and breeding industry in Quanzhou County is still in the initial stage of development.The purpose of this study is to inherit the tradition and innovate to develop the rice and fish comprehensive cultivation industry,and to achieve the same increase in ecological and economic benefits.The production,processing,storage and transportation,sales and other links of the integrated rice-fish breeding industry are explored from multiple perspectives and comprehensively investigated by consulting relevant literature,on-the-spot investigation,semistructured interview,questionnaire survey and SWOT analysis.The results show that:The main problems existing in the comprehensive rice-fish breeding industry in Quanzhou County include:(1)The coverage rate of new technologies and new models is not high,the traditional model and small-scale planting and breeding account for a large proportion,the penetration rate of field renovation project is low,and the Affected by natural disasters such as floods;(2)The level of deep processing is low,with few product categories and lack of innovation,and the industry chain is short;(3)The education level of practitioners is generally low,and there is a lack of professional and technical personnel,marketing teams and compound talents;(4)The degree of commercialization of Hehua carp is low,the nonlocal markets is lack of development,and the marketing is weak;(5)The product popularity,brand influence and industrial competitiveness are low.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward the following development suggestions: to open up the market and push back the promotion of new technologies and new models and the construction of field renovation project,improve the business enthusiasm of business households and the ability to resist natural disasters,increase farmers’ economic income,and promote rural labor Door-to-door employment,promote the agricultural economic development of Quanzhou County and the stable development of rural society,radiate and drive the rapid and healthy development of the rice-fish comprehensive planting and breeding industry in the region,improve the core competitiveness,and provide a strong force for the long-term and healthy development of the rice-fish comprehensive planting and breeding industry.technical support.It can be summarized as follows:(1)formulate development plans and strengthen infrastructure construction;(2)provide stable policy support;(3)improve the scientific and technological support system,increase technology promotion and training,and cultivate new business entities;(4)improve deep processing capabilities,Actively develop new products that meet market demand,extend and improve the entire industrial chain of Hehua carp product processing;(5)Improve the warehousing and logistics chain of Hehua carp products;(6)Strengthen marketing and promotion,and actively build a well-known brand of Hehua carp;(7)Broaden sales channels and integrate into the development of local agricultural tourism industry and red tourism industry;(8)Establish a complete quality control system and operation guarantee mechanism. |
