| Caragana Korshinskii is widely planted in some northern provinces of China due to its good environmental adaptability.For a long time,Caragskii Korshinskii resources have been wasted,but with the attention to the caragskii industry,Caragskii Korshinskii harvester also has new requirements.As one of the key working parts of Caragskii Korshinskii harvester,the rationality of its structure not only affects the performance of Caragskii harvester.It also affected the stubble leveling effect of Caragana Korshinskii.This research mainly complete korshinskii harvester cutting device structure design and the key parameters optimization and the field test.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The mechanical properties of stems of Caragana korshinskii were studied.Through Korshinskii stalks mechanics characteristic test,the measured Korshinskii stalks the tensile strength of 231.9 MPa,Caragana Korshinskii stalks of shear strength was 28.3 MPa,Caragana Korshinskii stalks of elastic modulus was 1183.2 MPa.After testing,the moisture content of Caragana Korshinskii stems was 35%~45%,and the density of Caragana Korshinskii stems was 1.172g﹒cm-3.(2)By analyzing the cutting mechanism and force of Caragana Korshinskii,it is determined that the cutting mode of caragana Korshinskii was unsupported cutting,which adopts high-speed rotating tesseled saw blade cutting disk.The structure design,transmission design,cutting disc and saw blade design of cutting device were completed,and the virtual model of cutting device was established.(3)The kinematic analysis of the cutting device,through the establishment of the kinematic model of the cutting device,the use of theoretical methods to derive,obtained in line with the design conditions of the premise,and verified,the use of graphical method to show the speed and displacement curve of the blade tip and cutting edge of different time path sweep sketch.The mode analysis of the simplified cutting device was carried out to determine the vibration shape and fixed frequency of each mode,and the design rationality of the model was determined.The statics analysis of the model was carried out to explore the influence of various parameters of the saw blade on cutting.The parameters of the cutting saw blade were comprehensively selected.The front Angle of the saw blade was 24.0°,the back Angle was 10.5°,and the thickness was 4mm.The dynamic analysis of the cutting device shows that the influence range of unsupported cutting is 150mm.The optimal arrangement parameters of the saw disc were determined.The gap of the saw disc was 5mm,and the overlap of the saw disc was 45mm.(4)Through the field experiment,it was found that the cutting device could basically realize the flat stubble cutting operation of Caragana Korshinskii.The average height of the flat stubble was 163mm,the loss rate was less than 1%,and the flat stubble performance was good.Cutting device is the key working part of Caragana Korshinskii harvester.The research on the structure design and optimization of cutting device of Caragana Korshinskii harvester and the field experiment verification has certain theoretical significance and practical value for the research and development of Caragana Korshinskii harvester and the mechanized harvesting of Caragana Korshinskii. |
