Focusing on the needs of economic and social development in the new era,the State Council issued the "China Education Modernization 2035" in 2019,proposing that the goal of vocational education integration of production and education is the cultivation of applied talents,and the key course for the cultivation of applied talents is vocational schools.Professional training courses.However,the current professional training courses of vocational schools are facing problems such as lack of training instructors and low quality of training teaching.The goal of cultivating applied talents cannot be achieved with high quality.Explore more effective teaching models and methods to improve the professional training of secondary vocational schools.The quality of training and teaching is imperative.This research applies the action-oriented teaching concept to the teaching of secondary vocational training courses,and tries to improve the quality of the training courses of secondary vocational schools through grass-roots training courses teaching reforms,in order to achieve the purpose of improving students’ key abilities and comprehensive professional abilities,Provide a certain theoretical basis and practical experience for the teaching of secondary vocational training courses.This research will be carried out from the following ideas:(1)Aiming at the practical problems of unsatisfactory teaching effect and low student enthusiasm of secondary vocational schools,combined with the teaching of professional training courses for 60 secondary vocational students of Lanzhou X Vocational College in 2019 Investigation of the status quo,analysis of the needs of students in the teaching of secondary vocational professional training courses and the causes of problems;(2)The introduction of action-oriented teaching concepts based on practical problems,and clarifying the feasibility of adopting action-oriented teaching concepts in the teaching of secondary vocational professional training courses(3)Take the "Plant Protection Technology" training course as an example to carry out teaching design and practice,find out the problems in the teaching process in practice,and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,which are designed for teaching The research provides certain supporting evidence;(4)Using questionnaire survey method,interview method and inviting peer experts to comprehensively evaluate the teaching effect,and summarize and reflect on the teaching effect.The research found:(1)In the survey of the current situation of secondary vocational training classroom teaching,it was found that students’ interest in learning,satisfaction with professional training courses,and enthusiasm for classroom performance all need to be improved,and the use of novel teaching models for teaching reform is to improve Critical step.(2)The action-oriented teaching concept was adopted in the practical training of "Plant Protection Technology",and the quality of teaching has been initially improved,and peer experts have put forward some valuable recognition of the teaching effect.Through investigating students’ professional ability,method ability,expression ability,cooperation ability and performance in the emotional field,combined with student interviews and teacher interviews,it is found that students’ key abilities and comprehensive professional abilities have been improved to a certain extent.(3)The problems that have both commonality and characteristics are exposed in teaching,which deserve the attention of educators.By reflecting on the deficiencies and limitations of this research,clarify the future research direction,with a view to improving the quality of the training and teaching of "Plant Protection Technology" in secondary vocational schools. |
