Abstract/Summary:
Caragana korshinskii Kom is is an important forest resource in China northwest regions, and it can produce a large number of branch wastes after stubble regeneration every year.At the same time, there are abundant weathered coal resources in Shanxi,Shaanxi and Mongolia, but they are often abandoned because of their low calorific value. The study on co-pyrolysis of Caragana korshinskii Kom/weathered coal is of great significance for the energy utilization of the two waste resources. In this paper, the Caragana korshinskii Kom/weathered coal mixtures with different proportions were thermal degraded under different treatment conditions. The purpose of this paper is to obtain high value-added products containing more organic acids. And the thermal degradation effect of each treatment was investigated by chemical composition determination and characterization. The research contents are as follows:(1)Study on the dry distillation of Caragana korshinskii Kom/weathered coal:K2CO3and Mg O were used as catalysts for the dry distillation of Caragana korshinskii Kom/weathered coal mixtures with different ratios(0:100,20:80,40:60,60:40,80:20,100:0)at 600℃.The results showed that at the same raw material ratio, the relative content of acid in the liquid products treated with Mg O was higher than that of the liquid products treated with K2CO3,indicating that Mg O treatment was more conducive to the formation of acid compounds. The solid products treated with Mg O had uniform pore size distribution and rich oxygen-containing functional groups. When Mg O catalyst was used and the raw material ratio was 80:20,the relative contents of acids, phenols and ketones in the liquid products were higher, and the liquid product had great application potential. Therefore, when the raw material ratio was 80:20,the thermal degradation effect of Caragana korshinskii Kom/weathered coal was the best.(2)Study on hydrothermal degradation of Caragana korshinskii Kom/weathered coal:The Caragana korshinskii Kom/weathered coal mixtures with different proportions(0:100,20:80,40:60,60:40,80:20,100:0)were mixed with urea for hydrothermal degradation at280℃and 250℃,respectively.The results showed that at the same raw material ratio, there were more compounds in the liquid products treated at 280℃,among which the relative content of acids and phenols was higher than that of liquid products treated at 250℃,indicating that the 280℃treatment was more conducive to the formation of acids and phenols. The solid product treated at 280℃had fissure holes, and the doping effect of N was obvious. The solid products treated at 280℃had fissure holes, and the doping effect of N was obvious. And the solid products contained high content of C element and abundant oxygen-containing functional groups. When the raw material ratio is 80:20,the relative contents of acids, esters and phenols in the liquid products obtained at 280℃are high, which has great application potential, and the thermal degradation effect of Caragana korshinskii Kom/weathered coal is the best.(3)Comparative analysis of dry distillation and hydrothermal degradation:It can be seen that catalyst type, reaction temperature and raw material proportion will affect the chemical composition of the product. The liquid products obtained by dry distillation have more compounds and higher proportion of acids, which is beneficial to make organic fertilizer after separation and purification. The solid products have abundant pores and high content of C element, which can be used as adsorption materials and soil improver.Under the same raw material ratio, the thermal degradation effect of dry distillation is better than that of hydrothermal treatment.
