| Ziziphus jujuba Mill.cv Dongzao is native to the Bohai Bay region of China,is the largest cultivar of fresh jujube,its unique flavor,widely concerned.In order to solve the problem of hugo cracking in the ripening period,a facility ‘Dongzao’ industry was formed.In this study,In this study,the environmental changes and phenological differences,the differences in fruit quality and growth and development models of ‘Dongzao’ were compared with the environmental changes and phenological differences of the four cultivation modes of solar greenhouse,solar greenhouse(light supplement),plastic shed and open field.The study yielded the following results:(1)Compared with the open filed environment,the facility cultivation has a higher growing degree days,temperature difference and relatively humidity,the light intensity is reduced,and the plastic shed is closer to the open field cultivation mode;The facility cultivation extended the growth and development cycle of ‘Dongzao’,and the solar greenhouse cultivation was 2 days longer than the open field cultivation,and the plastic shed cultivation was 5 days longer than the open field cultivation;Facility cultivation advances the phenological period of ‘Dongzao’,solar greenhouse cultivation advances the ripening period of ‘Dongzao’ by 61 days,and plastic shed cultivation advances the ripening period of‘Dongzao’ dates by 7 days.(2)The growth and development of longitudinal diameter,transverse diameter,single fruit quality and single fruit volume of ‘Dongzao’ conformed to the Logistic model,showing a "slow-fast-slow" S-shaped growth curve.The fruit shape index,edible rate,fruit firmness,moisture content,and soluble solids content conform to the polynomial equation.These mathematical models can be used to predict the growth and development of ‘Dongzao’ to clarify the process of fruit development stages.The growth and development of fruit is positively correlated with relatively humidity,and negatively correlated with light intensity and temperature difference.(3)The content of soluble solids in the growth period of ‘Dongzao’ gradually increased,and the content of acids,sugars and vitamin C showed a trend of first rising and then declining,and the acids were mainly malic acid and citric acid.Sucrose begins to accumulate 70 days after full bloom,and at 110 days Sucrose begins to accumulate 70 days after flowering.The accumulation of nutrients at different stages of fruit development is affected by different environmental conditions.(4)There are differences in the quality of ‘Dongzao’ in different cultivation modes Facility cultivation increases the size and moisture content of the fruit,reduces the hardness of the fruit,and improves the palatability of ‘Dongzao’;Light replenishment can increase fruit size and nutrient content,and ‘Dongzao’ cultivated in the plastic shed is the best quality,and the best picking period is the begining red period.This study reveals the environmental conditions,phenology,quality characteristics and relationship between environment and fruit growth and development of ‘Dongzao’ in different cultivation modes,and constructs a growth and development model of ‘Dongzao’,which provides theoretical basis and technical support for the refined management of‘Dongzao’ and fresh jujube facility cultivation. |
