Girdling is a widely used method to promote flowering and fruiting of Dongzao farmers,but it also causes serious damage to trees.Therefore,it is necessary to explore alternative methods to girdling of Dongzao.In order to achieve this goal,explore the effects of girdling on physiological characteristics of Dongzao seems very important.The fine roots and leaves of Dongzao in Dali County,Shaanxi Province were used as materials to study the effects of girdling on soluble sugar,soluble protein,C,N,P,K and endogenous hormones(IAA、ZR、GA3、ABA),The correlation of nutrients and endogenous hormones between fine roots and leaves were analyzed,which can provid a scientific basis for the cultivation and management of Dongzao.The correlation between nutrients and endogenous hormones provides a scientific basis for the cultivation and management of Dongzao.The main research results were as follows:1.The content of soluble sugar in girdling leaves and the contrast were 10.31%and9.42%,respectively,the content of soluble protein were 82.07mg/g and 74.94mg/g,respectively.The results of variance analysis showed that the content of soluble sugar in girdling leaves and contrast were significant differently,but the difference in soluble protein content were not significant.The content of soluble sugar in girdling fine roots and the contrast were 10.44%and11.92%,respectively,the content of soluble protein were 16.88mg/g and 17.59mg/g,respectively,the content of soluble sugar in girdling fine roots and contrast were significant differently,but the content of soluble protein were not significant differently.2.The content of organic carbon in girdling leaves and contrast were 495.87g/kg and473.15g/kg,respectively,the difference in girdling leaves and contrast was not significant.The content of total nitrogen in girdling leaves and contrast were 26.05g/kg and 29.46g/kg,respectively,the content of total phosphorus were 1.51g/kg and 1.79g/kg,respectively,the content of total potassium were 18.53g/kg and 19.80g/kg,respectively,the content of total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium in girdling leaves and contrast were significant differently.The C/N in girdling leaves and contrast were 19.06 and 16.19,respectively,C/P were 331.08 and 265.89,respectively,N/P were 17.47 and 16.53,respectively.C/N,C/P in girdling leaves and contrast were significant differently,but N/P were not significant differently.The content of organic carbon in girdling fine roots and contrast roots were 476.70g/kg and 463.37g/kg,respectively,the content of total nitrogen were 15.48g/kg and 15.76g/kg,respectively,the content of total phosphorus were 1.65g/kg and 2.10g/kg,respectively,the content of total potassium were 5.50g/kg and 5.09g/kg,respectively.The content of organic carbon,total phosphorus in girdling fine roots and control fine roots were significant differently,the content of total nitrogen,total potassium were not significant differently.The C/N in girdling fine roots and contrast were 31.28 and 29.68,respectively,C/P were 301.04and 222.51,respectively,N/P were 9.82 and 7.52,respectively.C/N in girdling fine roots and contrast were not significant differently,but C/P,N/P were significant differently.3.The content of IAA in girdling leaves and contrast were 61.55ng/g and 56.53ng/g,respectively,the difference in girdling leaves and contrast were significant.The content of ABA in girdling leaves and contrast were 44.23 ng/g and 39.43 ng/g,respectively,the content of GA3 were 285.05ng/g and 249.09ng/g,respectively,the content of ZR were103.11ng/g and 110.73ng/g,respectively,the content of ABA,GA3,ZR in girdling leaves and control leaves were not significant differently.The content of IAA in girdling fine roots and contrast were 17.49ng/g and 11.25ng/g,respectively,the content of ABA were 29.68ng/g and 26.00ng/g,respectively,the content of GA3 were 85.75ng/g and 71.85ng/g,respectively,the content of ZR were 34.67ng/g and43.19ng/g,respectively.The content of IAA,ABA,ZR in girdling fine roots and contrast were significant differently,but the content of GA3 were not significant differently.4.There were significant negative correlations between leaves and fine roots in soluble sugar,total potassium and GA3 content,but significant positive correlations in IAA and ZR content.Above results indicated that the content of soluble sugar,IAA,C/N and C/P in leaves of Dongzao increased after girdling,but the content of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium decreased.After girdling,the contents of organic carbon,IAA,ABA,C/P and N/P in fine roots of Dongzao increased,but the contents of soluble sugar,total phosphorus and ZR decreased.There were significant correlations between leaves and fine roots in soluble sugar,total potassium,IAA,ZR and GA3 content.
