| The transformation of kitchen waste by black soldier fly is a resource-oriented biotransformation technology.Through the food chain method,the kitchen waste is converted into nutrients of other biological species,which is not only cost-effective,but also effectively eliminates the problem of homologous pollution and high environmental safety and can tolerate the advantages of high salt,high moisture content and high grease in kitchen waste,and the transformed product can be used as a highvalue feed protein with high economic benefits,which has become a new trend in kitchen waste treatment industry.At present,in the process of transforming kitchen waste into the breeding of black soldier fly,machinery and equipment such as feeding,reclaiming,transporting,and screening are outdated,especially the lack of and outdated automatic feeding systems.Most of them are fed manually or simply by machinery.There are few researches on the application of automatic feeding equipment for soldier fly.The breeding labor intensity is high,the production efficiency is low,the degree of automation is low,the precise timing and quantification cannot be accurately determined,the feeding uniformity is poor,and the speed is slow,etc,which easily affects the screening of insect excrement in the later stage of black soldier fly breeding operations and other links,reducing the economic benefits of transformation.In this study,an automatic feeding system for the conversion of kitchen waste by black soldier fly was designed.First,based on the laboratory scale,through the comparative study on the feeding effect of black soldier flies on the conversion of food waste by different feeding times and shapes,the design and development of black soldier fly were obtained.The necessity and feasibility of the automatic feeding system for black soldier fly,and the use of Solidworks 3D modeling software and Siemens PLC control program design to realize the mechanical hardware modeling verification and human-computer interaction functions of the automatic feeding system,and to evaluate the automatic feeding.System feeding effect and its effect in actual aquaculture production.The main findings are as follows:(1)Through a comparative study on the effects of different feeding times and feeding shapes on the feeding effect of black soldier fly on the transformation of kitchen waste,better parameters such as feeding times and feeding shapes were obtained.The research results show that,from the comprehensive analysis of the high-efficiency treatment of kitchen waste and the return effect of feeding materials,the production performance is based on two feedings,but the test found that the method of multiple feedings is more conducive to the subsequent separation of insects and droppings,so multiple feedings are used.It is very necessary for the actual production conditions;from the comparative study of the feeding shape,appropriately increasing the feeding dispersion can improve the transformation efficiency of larvae and obtain more income.In the future,the multi-strip feeding method will be used as the design basis for automatic feeding equipment.(2)Use Solidworks 3D modeling software to model the mechanical hardware of the automatic feeding system,carry out specific selection and parameter calculation of each unit component;complete the design and selection of the main mechanical parts of the automatic feeding system,and use Siemens PLC Control the feeding system,and simply use the touch screen to complete the human-computer interaction system.After the actual on-site debugging,the mechanical components are properly coordinated,the automatic control system runs stably,and the system can be sequenced and cyclically controlled to realize the feeding operation.(3)Through the evaluation of accurate feeding stability and feeding uniformity effect,the maximum error between the actual feeding amount and the design standard feeding amount is 5.0%,and the difference in the actual feed uniformity of the three split ports can be controlled within 10%,indicating that the automatic The feeding system has a good distribution effect;the comparative study on the production effect shows that the use of automatic feeding system for distribution operation is beneficial to shorten the breeding cycle of black soldier flies to transform food waste by 1-2 days.low,the material conversion rate is higher;the analysis of the input and output of the equipment found that it has better economic benefits. |
