Since human beings entered the industrial society,the use of fossil fuels(coal,oil,etc.)has been increasing,resulting in higher and higher levels of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases in the atmosphere,thereby aggravating the deterioration of the ecological environment and climate warming..To curb the climate trend of global warming and improve the ecological environment,the key is to effectively achieve "carbon removal".Because of its low cost and easy implementation,forest sink enhancement has become a way to effectively achieve "carbon removal" at this stage.As the main body of the terrestrial ecosystem,the forest ecosystem has the ecological service function of fixing carbon dioxide and releasing oxygen,which can effectively reduce the content of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere,thereby delaying the global warming trend.Therefore,scientific assessment of carbon storage and carbon sinks in forest resource ecosystems and their economic value is conducive to alleviating the pressure of carbon dioxide emission reduction in my country,and can also promote the better development of carbon sequestration services in forest resource ecosystems to a large extent.Based on the public goods theory,sustainable development theory,marginal productivity theory and other related theories,combined with the current research results on the carbon value of forest resource ecosystems at home and abroad,this paper fully confirms the necessity of evaluating the carbon value of forest resource ecosystems.Then,according to the measurement method of resources and environment in the System of Integrated Environmental and Economic Accounting(SEEA),from the two aspects of carbon resource stock and carbon resource flow,the carbon content of different tree species is different.Measured the physical amount of carbon assets and carbon services in forest resource ecosystems,respectively.Based on the physical amount of carbon assets and carbon services,the monetary amount is then valued in combination with the carbon price.Before assessing its monetary amount,a carbon price needs to be obtained.By using the carbon sequestration services provided by forest resources,the forestry industry has increased the output level under the premise of the same labor and capital input.Therefore,this paper takes the theory of shadow price and marginal productivity as the theoretical basis.In the production system of the forestry industry,the carbon sequestration service is regarded as a production factor as important as labor and capital,and the physical quantity of labor,capital and carbon service is used as independent variables,taking forestry output as the dependent variable,and constructing a translogarithmic production function model to calculate the shadow price of carbon.After summarizing the above research results,based on the data of the ninth national forest resources inventory,taking Anhui Province as the case study object,it is estimated that the total carbon storage of the forest resources ecosystem in Anhui Province is 161.6772 million tons,and the annual carbon service physical amount is 5.13966 million tons,the carbon storage value of Anhui’s forest resources ecosystem is 139,555,340,000 yuan,and the carbon service value is 4436.4 million yuan.Finally,combined with the conclusion of carbon value assessment of forest resources and ecological services in Anhui Province,targeted development countermeasures are proposed from multiple levels and perspectives,in order to promote the sustainable development of forest resources and ecosystems in Anhui Province.
