Studying the environmental carrying capacity of livestock and poultry breeding can determine the risk of regional environmental pollution and provide scientific support for the adjustment of the planting and breeding industry structure and the optimization of the layout.It is an effective way to solve the problem of livestock and poultry breeding pollution from the root and promote the green development of agriculture.Based on the nitrogen balance method and the fuzzy set pair analysis method,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation method system for the environmental carrying capacity of livestock and poultry breeding.Taking Pingdingshan as an example,a practical study was carried out,hoping to provide suggestions for the planning of livestock and poultry breeding in this area and expand the theoretical system for carrying capacity research.In order to accurately evaluate the environmental carrying capacity of livestock and poultry breeding at the regional scale,the main methods of carrying capacity research are summarized into quantitative research and evaluation research.By comparing and analyzing six commonly used nutrient balance method calculation models,the simplified and improved "Technical Guide for Calculation Land Carrying Capacity of Livestock and Poultry Manure" was selected to quantitatively study the environmental carrying capacity of livestock and poultry breeding.By comparing and analyzing the advantages,defects and application scope of eight commonly used evaluation methods in the field of environmental carrying capacity,the improved fuzzy set pair analysis method was selected to conduct a comprehensive evaluation and research on the environmental carrying capacity of livestock and poultry breeding.And the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to verify and analyze the fuzzy set pair analysis method.This paper established a calculation model for the theoretical value and actual value of the land carrying capacity of livestock and poultry manure with reference to the “Technical Guide”and proposed the “land carrying saturation degree of livestock and poultry manure” to represent the quantitative results,as a key factor of the comprehensive evaluation research of the environmental carrying capacity of livestock and poultry breeding.Then,a comprehensive evaluation index system was constructed from three aspects: index determination,index empowerment and index classification.On this basis,the fuzzy set pair analysis method was used,and the index connection degree calculation model of the evaluation index relative to the 5-level evaluation level was established based on the attribute identification method.The comprehensive connection degree was calculated by the weighted comprehensive method,and the comprehensive evaluation level of the carrying capacity was determined by the confidence criterion.In this way,a comprehensive evaluation method system for the environmental carrying capacity of livestock and poultry breeding at the regional scale was constructed.This paper selected 13 indicators from the three subsystems of livestock and poultry breeding environment,natural resource status and social and economic development.Using AHP subjective weighting,entropy value method and variation coefficient method objective weighting,the weight results of the three methods were optimized by the game theory model.The index was divided into 5 grades,and the comprehensive evaluation index system of Pingdingshan carrying capacity was constructed.Based on the fuzzy set pair analysis method,the comprehensive evaluation level of the carrying capacity of each district in Pingdingshan City from 2015 to 2019 was calculated.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to compare and analyze the method,and the same and similar results account for 84.4% of the results.It shows that the comprehensive evaluation method system of carrying capacity based on fuzzy set pair analysis method has certain feasibility.On this basis,this paper analyzed the evaluation results of the environmental carrying capacity of livestock and poultry breeding in Pingdingshan City from the spatial scale and time scale,and divided the area under its jurisdiction into three categories:breeding development area,breeding stable area and breeding restricted area.On this basis,the corresponding animal husbandry development plan was put forward.
