The Research On The Factors Influencing The Ecological Behavior Of Hairy Crab Farmers In Changshu City

In the past 20 years,the hairy crab breeding industry in Changshu city has developed rapidly,which increased aquaculture farmers’ income and enrich people’s life and made great contribution to the economic growth and social development of Changshu city.However,the environmental pollution problem in the water area of hairy crab breeding in Changshu city has became more and more serious now because of the rapid development of hairy crab breeding industry.So it is an urgent need to guide and promote the farmers to carry out ecological breeding.The main contents of the thesis are as follow.1.Combined with literature,summarize the current situation development of hairy crab breeding industry in Changshu city,then carry out questionnaire survey and indepth interview in the main breeding areas of hairy carb in Changshu city to understand the characteristics and habits of production and operation behavior and the main problem of the farmers.2.Empirical research on the breeding behavior of hairy crab farmers based on the TPB(Theory of Planning Behavior,TPB).The literature shows that farmers’ behavioral attitude,subjective norm and perceptual behavioral control affect their intentions and determine their breeding behavior ultimately.In the fourth part of the thesis,the ecological breeding behavior model of hairy crab farmers is constructed and the theoretical research hypothesis is proposed.3.Combined with relevant literature and research,the relevant concept measurement scale was designed to form the questionnaire and interviews outline,and the in-house interview and questionnaire survey were done among the hairy crab farmers in 14 towns in Changshu city,and 396 valid questionnaire data were obtained.SPSS25.0 was used for statistical analysis of the questionnaire data,and AMOS25.0 was used to verify the ecological breeding behavior model of hairy crab farmers.4.The main conclusions are as follow.(1)Farmers’ behavior attitude,subjective norms and perceived behavioral control,which have a positive influence on ecological breeding behavior through behavioral intension.(2)The fitness of the ecological breeding behavior model of hairy crab raisers based on the theory of planned behavior is good.In the end,the thesis puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the healthy development of hairy crab breeding and guide the farmers to carry out ecological breeding.(1)Improve the awareness level and attitude of hairy crab farmers to ecological aquaculture.(2)To strengthen the publicity and education of hairy crab farmers.(3)Promote the application of ecological farming technology in the aquaculture industry.(4)To Strengthen the government’s policy guidance on ecological breeding of hairy crab farmers.
