At present,the water resources in china is shortage,water utility efficiency is low.As a big agricultural country,China's agricultural water accounts for more than half of the total water consumption.In addition most of the farmers always use flood irrigation,and this phenomenon leads to serious waste of water resources.The continuous improvement of science and technology led to the development of agricultural science and technology,which makes the transformation from the traditional extensive agriculture to the modernization agriculture possible.The metering control system of water saving irrigation can change the traditional irrigation pattern,on the one hand transforming the flooding irrigation into irrigation for specific crops,which can detect soil moisture by using modern method to let soil moisture reaches a threshold suitable for crop growth.On the other hand,change the irrigation water metering means to improve the measurement accuracy.The water saving irrigation metering and control system studied in this paper uses the RF IC card as the tool of identification and data transmission,and soil moisture sensors to collect soil moisture information in time.The automatic control technology of single chip is used to realize functions like farmland irrigation,water measurement and dynamic display,finally realized water saving irrigation.The system can be started up by swiping card..It can Irrigate and fertilize according to user-defined time or soil moisture threshold.The pulse water meter is used for metering the amount of water in the system and the way of billing is in a ladder manner.The system is simple and flexible,not only makes full use of water resources,but also allows people to free from the daily complicated production and living.Moreover,the system also improves agricultural production and the degree of automation to reduce labor intensity.In addition,considering soil moisture changes slowly and has certain inertia and hysteresis.The paper established the fuzzy control strategy with soil humidity deviation and its rate of change as the input variable,and simulate it with Matlab to determine the feasibility of the system.It is proved that the system has advantages of high economy,high stability,and easy to operate.It also makes a contribution to the promotion of water saving irrigation system,which has far-reaching significance for solving the current shortage of water resources and low efficiency of agricultural water use.
