| Jujube,originating in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River in China,has been cultivated for 7000 years as an important non-timber forest tree species.The jujube industry in Ningxia develops rapidly with an excellent prospect,but there are still some problems such as weak market development ability and single industrial chain,etc.For the diversified development of the jujube industry in Ningxia,in this research,87 jujube germplasm resources introduced from Ningxia are taken as the research material,and 20 indexes such as growth and fruit quality are measured and systematically analyzed,so as to explore the differences in growth and fruit quality of various germplasms in Ningxia;moreover,the method of grey relational analysis and multi-value theory of satisfaction are adopted to analyze and select the excellent germplasm resources suitable for fresh-eating,drying and for both fresh-eating and drying.The main research results are as follows:It’s found that the variation coefficients of different characters of jujube germplasm resources are different through the variability analysis of each index.In terms of the indexes of fruit quality,the three characters with the largest variation coefficients of internal quality are respectively flavonoid content,anthocyanin content and soluble solid content while the three characters with the largest variation coefficients of external quality are respectively fresh weight of fruit,dry weight of fruit and fruit hardness;among the indexes of growth performance,the three characters with the largest variation coefficients are the number of bearing branches on the mother branch,the growth amount of new branches and the fruit setting percentage,which indicates that the above characters have higher variation coefficients and greater genetic diversity than other characters.According to the weight of growth performance indexes of jujube germplasm resources determined by the method of entropy evaluation,it shows that the three indexes with the highest weight are respectively the fruit setting percentage,fresh weight of leaves and the number of bearing branches on the mother branch.Therefore,when selecting excellent jujube resources for cultivation,the above indexes can be used as the main evaluation basis if the growth performance is emphasized.After selection,the top three excellent jujube species for fresh-eating are:Lingling Jujube,Red June,and Mango Winter Jujube;the top three for dried jujube are:Shandong Jujube No.1,Shanxi Egg Jujube,Xiangfen Wood Jujube;the top three for both fresh-eating and dried jujube are:Jun Jujube 47,Hui Jujube 2-198 and Fanhuang Jujube.According to the weight of fruit quality indexes of jujube germplasm resources determined by the method of entropy evaluation,it shows that the three indexes with the highest weight are respectively the VC content,soluble solid content and sugar-acid ratio.Therefore,when selecting excellent jujube resources for cultivation,the above indexes can be used as the main evaluation basis if the fruit quality is emphasized.After selection,the top three excellent jujube species for fresh-eating are:Mango Winter Jujube,Lingwu Long Jujube and Jiaocheng Sweet and Sour Jujube;the top three for dried jujube are:Yiwu Moth Jujube,Yueya Jujube and Manman Jujube;the top three for both fresh-eating and dried jujube are:Hui Jujube 2-198,Linyu Jujube and Tang Jujube.Based on the comprehensive selection based on the growth performance and fruit quality of jujube germplasm resources,the top three excellent species for fresh-eating are:Mango Winter Jujube,Lingling Jujube and Shandong Pear Jujube;the top three for dried jujube are:Yueya Jujube 134,Xupu Red June and Xiangfen Wood Jujube;the top three for both fresh-eating and dried jujube are:Hui Jujube 2-198,Fanhuang Jujube and Tang Jujube. |
