| [Objective] The purpose of this study was to explore the optimal dosage form selection of Sijunzi powder or Sijunzi Tang fermented by lactic acid bacteria,and to study the effects of Sijunzi powder fermentation on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,apparent digestibility,intestinal digestive enzyme activities and intestinal morphology of broilers.To explore the effect of fermented Sijunzi powder as a new veterinary drug in broiler breeding.[Methods] The dosage form of fermentation compound was selected by measuring the content changes of total polysaccharide,total saponins and total flavonoids in fermented Sijunzi powder or fermented Sijunzi decoction.Seventy-five healthy Ross 308 broilers with well-balanced body weight were randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 replicates per group and 5 broilers per replicate.One group was fed a basal diet,and the other groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 1% Sijunzi powder,1% Ferment Sijunzi powder,0.5% Lactobacillus preparation,0.5% Lactobacillus +1% Sijunzi powder,respectively.The effects of fermented Sijunzi powder on growth performance of broilers were analyzed by measuring the average daily gain,average daily feed intake and feed to meat ratio of broilers.The changes of apparent digestibility of broilers were analyzed by measuring the contents of crude protein and crude fat in feed and feces of broilers.The effects of fermented Sijunzi powder on the digestive and absorptive capacity of broilers were analyzed by measuring the related indexes in serum,the activities of digestive enzymes in small intestine and the changes of intestinal morphology.[Results] 1.The results of measuring the content of active ingredients under different fermentation methods showed that: in terms of retention of three active ingredients,Sijunzi powder group was significantly better than Sijunzi Tang group,and the three active ingredients were basically unchanged before and after fermentation.Fermentation powder was finally selected as the next experiment.2.The results of growth performance of broilers showed that compared with the control group,the feed to meat ratio of broilers in fermented Sijunzi powder group decreased significantly in the middle and late period of experiment(p<0.05).At the age of 30-35 days,the meat ratio of fermented Sijunjun powder group was significantly lower than that of Sijunjun powder group(p<0.05).These results indicate that Sijunjun powder before and after fermentation can improve the growth performance of broilers,and the effect of Sijunjun powder after fermentation is better.3.Serum biochemical indexes,apparent digestibility and digestive enzyme activities of broilers showed that fermenting Sijunzi powder could significantly reduce the activities of ALT and AST in serum of broilers(p<0.05),has a certain function of protecting liver and regulating fat metabolism.Fermentation of Sijunzi powder also significantly improved broilers’ tolerance to crude protein(p<0.05)and the digestibility of crude fat(p<0.05)and significantly increased the duodenal α-amylase activity(p<0.05),duodenal lipase activity(p<0.05),the whole small intestine trypsin activity(p<0.05).Compared with non-fermented Sijunjun powder,fermented Sijunjun powder could significantly increase crude protein digestibility(p<0.05),ileal trypsin activity(p<0.05).These results indicate that both Sijunzi powder and Sijunzi powder have good effects on promoting the growth and health of broilers and improving the digestion and absorption capacity,and the effect is better after fermentation.4.The results of intestinal morphology of broilers showed that fermented Sijunzi powder could significantly increase the villus length of duodenum,jejunum and ileum(p<0.05),lower crypt depth(p<0.05)and increased intestinal wall thickness(p<0.05).Compared with the combination of non-fermented Sijunzi powder and probiotics Sijunzi powder,fermented Sijunzi powder could significantly increase the duodenal villus length of broilers(p<0.05),jejunal wall thickness(p<0.05).These results indicate that both Sijunjun powder and Sijunjun powder can promote the morphology of small intestine of broilers,but the fermented Sijunjun powder has a more significant effect.【Conclusion】 Compared with Sijunzi decoction,Sijunzi powder can better extract and retain the three active components: total polysaccharides,total saponins and total flavonoids.Sijunzi powder and fermented sijunzi can effectively reduce the chicken feed conversion ratio,improve the performance of broilers growth and fermentation sijunzi scattered raising poultry crude protein and crude fat digestibility,digestive enzyme activity and guarantee for the small intestine morphology stability has played a more effective role,for the further development and application of fermentation sijunzi powder all over the use of the breeding provides a reliable experimental basis and theoretical basis. |
