Cyperus rotundus can affect ovarian function,In order to study the influence of the Chinese herbal medicine added Cyperus rotundus on the reproductive function of laying eggs,the 16-year feeding experiment,in addition to the weekly production performance,blood biochemical index and egg quality test,the gene expression was studied by fluorescence quantitative PCR technology.The test selected 360 healthy,16-month-old laying hens with the same poultry house,the same batch,egg yield rate and similar weight,randomly divided into four groups,three repeats each,each repeating 3 0 chickens.The trial period is 1 week and the trial period is 6 weeks.The test was completely randomized,with group I was control group.In test group,II-IV group added 0.5%,1% and 1.5% daily powder.Record daily,weekly sampling,and test production performance,blood biochemical index and egg quality.The results showed that the egg yield compared with control groups to 1%,1.5%(P< 0.05);the addition of the diet caused a decline;it had no significant impact on the shell strength,shell thickness and the egg shape index(P> 0.05),but in week 2,the test group weighed the egg index < the control group,the shell strength;1 % shell thickness(P< 0.05),the Hastelloy units in the fourth week,0.5 % and the shell thickness was clear significantly higher than other groups(P< 0.05);increased strength of 1.5 %(P< 0.05);the addition of eggs did not affect the blood biochemical index of 16-month old laying hens(P< 0.05).In terms of relevant gene expression studies,studies showed that Gn RH、FSH-β、TLR-4 and IL-2 in the follicle,liver,lung,intestines and tubes in the control group,HSP70 in the test tissue is lower than it can relieve thermal stimulation;overall the addition of diet has an effect on immune and reproductive genes in chickens,and can increase the expression of favorable genes in the tissue,reduce the expression of adverse genes to add 0.5% and 1% group effects Cyperus rotundus is more obvious.The above results showed that the addition of 1% Cyperus layer diet in these experiments could improve the laying rate of layers,and also affect the expression of immune-and reproductive related genes.This study can provide a theoretical reference for the regulation study of Cyperus on ovarian function of laying hens in late laying period;To provide new ideas for extending the service life of laying hens;To provide practical data for the production of Chinese herbal medicine functional eggs. |
