Nowadays,our country’s agriculture is developing rapidly on the road of intelligence and informatization,and it has achieved a substantial improvement compared with the previous agriculture.However,with the acceleration of my country’s urbanization construction and the increasing aging of the population,more and more young people choose to go out to the big cities to work,the young and strong labor force has been greatly reduced,and the remaining farmers are basically ages.Therefore,how to improve the efficiency of agricultural planting and reduce the difficulty of agricultural planting are two issues facing people.With the rapid development of our country in the field of artificial intelligence,driverless technology has emerged as it plays an increasingly indivisible role in life.The driverless technology is used in the agricultural field,and traditional agricultural machinery and unmanned Combining driving technology and vigorously developing intelligent agricultural machinery will definitely improve the status quo of agriculture,and our country’s agricultural development will reach a higher level.This paper mainly takes the traditional Q/CR01-2015 mountain tractor as the carrier,design the bottom electronic control system and the gearbox hydraulic system,through remote control operation,the realization of this small Unmanned driving of mountain tractors.The specific tasks studied in this paper can be divided into the following aspects:(1)Analyze the mechanical structure and electronic system of traditional tractors to pave the way for the subsequent design of the gearbox hydraulic system;(2)Analyze the driving principle of traditional hauling and determine the power supply scheme of the mechanical rocker of the unmanned tractor;(3)Design the gearbox hydraulic system.According to the force of the rods,design the hydraulic cylinder and use it as the hardware actuator of the underlying control system.(4)Design the hardware circuit part of the bottom control system.According to the characteristics of the components and the requirements of program control,the model of the main control chip was selected and the corresponding electronic circuit was designed.(5)Compile and design related programs according to the hardware circuit,and debug the related codes on the actual platform.The results show that the underlying electronic control system and hydraulic system can respond more accurately and quickly to the commands issued by the remote control,laying a foundation for the later installation of intelligent decision-making modules.
