| Greenhouses are the main means of growing anti-season vegetables in China,especially in northern China,which is of great significance.With the continuous improvement of the level of agricultural science and technology,the ability of agricultural facilities to overcome the impact of the natural environment has gradually improved.At present,agricultural greenhouses have been widely used in China,but many greenhouses are still monitored manually,with backward management and low production efficiency.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes an intelligent greenhouse control system based on STM32 as the control core.Through the automatic detection and control of the internal environmental impact factors of the greenhouse,it realizes the intelligent management of the crop growth environment in the greenhouse under the unmanned state.In this paper,the factors affecting crop growth in greenhouse were analyzed,including temperature,humidity,light intensity and CO2 concentration.Three kinds of crops were selected as experimental objects,including tomato,cucumber and pepper.Considering the actual needs,the highly integrated CPU,sensor and communication module are selected,and the circuit design scheme and control strategy are formulated.In the processing of environmental parameters,different processing methods are adopted due to different data types.The principles that should be observed in the data collection are determined,which provides ideas for software programming.In this paper,the fuzzy PID control algorithm is applied to the greenhouse monitoring system,the design of fuzzy PID controller is completed,and the simulation experiment is carried out on Matlab software.The experiment is compared with the conventional PID controller and fuzzy controller.The experimental results show that compared with the conventional PID control and fuzzy control,the fuzzy PID control has obvious overshoot and stable time It is better than the former two.The upper computer interface is simple and friendly,which can realize the data management function and remote control function.Through the field test,the test results verify the reliability of the system hardware design.The fuzzy PID controller has good control effect and can meet the design requirements of intelligent greenhouse. |
