Objective:In order to explore the effects of enzymatic hydrolysis products obtained from the decomposition of discarded pig fat in slaughterhouses on broiler growth performance, slaughter performance, apparent nutrient digestibility and related serum biochemical indicators, the following three tests were carried out. Methods:The substrate fat is collected, and the fresh fat is subjected to grease treatment;the methyl esterification is carried out to obtain the enzymatic hydrolysis product;the basic diets with different levels of the lipase hydrolysis product are configured to carry out the broiler feeding experiment.A total of 240 healthy 1-day-old broilers were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups, each with 6 repetitions and10 repetitions. They were raised on the Internet and fed 3 times a day with free drinking water. The room temperature was maintained at 32-33°C for 7 days before the test, and thereafter it was lowered by 2°C every week until it dropped to room temperature and remained unchanged.According to the established procedures for immunization. On the 21st and 42nd day, take a chicken repeatedly, wing vein blood sampling and carcass determination, record the relevant data, the average daily weight gain, daily feed intake, feed weight ratio of broilers,DM,EE,CP,Ash,Ca,P,slaughter rate, half evisceration rate, chest muscle rate, abdominal fat rate, subcutaneous fat thickness, and related serum biochemical indicators(TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,BUN,FFA)were measured.Results:(1)The lard after enzymolysis is mainly composed of 5 fatty acids: C18:1,C16:0,C18:2,C18:0and C16:1;(2)1-21 days old,0.5%,The average daily weight gain of the1.0% and 2.0% groups increased by 2.78%,1.87%,1.05% respectively compared with the control group(P>0.05).In the comparison of the feed-to-weight ratio, each additional experimental group was lower than the control group, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);22-42 days old,the average daily feed intake of the control group,0.5% group, and 1.0% group was significantly higher than that of the 2.0% group(P<0.05),and the growth performance indicators were not significant(P>0.05));On day 1-21,the dry matter content of the 1.0%group and 2.0% group was different from that of the control group(P<0.05);compared with the control group, the crude matter of the 0.5% group,1.0% group, and 2.0% group. The fat content is higher and the difference is significant(P<0.05);(3)The half evisceration rate of the 0.5% group is significantly different from the control group at the age of 1-21 days(P<0.05),while the 1.0% group The abdominal fat rate was the lowest compared with the control group,0.5% group and 2.0% group, but there was no difference(P>0.05);22-42 days of age,the 1.0% group had the highest evisceration rate;the 2.0% group had the highest total evisceration rate; The evisceration rate was significantly different from the control group(P<0.05),but not significantly different from the 0.5% group and 1.0% group(P>0.05);at the age of 1-21 days, the HDL-C content 0.5% group,1.0 % Group,2.0% group and the control group were significant(P<0.05).The content of HDL-C cholesterol in the 0.5% group was higher than that of the 1.0% group and 2.0% group. The content of urea nitrogen in the control group was higher than that of the other groups 0.74%,1.75%,2.21%;22-42 days old,the triglyceride content of the 2.0% group was lower than that of the control group(P>0.05);the total cholesterol content of the 0.5%,1.0%,and 2.0% groups was significantly higher. In the control group(P<0.05),compared with the control group, the HDL cholesterol of each group is not significant(P>0.05);the free fatty acid content of the control group is lower than the other groups by 0.21%,0.20%,0.29%(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The lard after enzymatic hydrolysis is mainly composed of five fatty acids, oleic acid, palmitic acid, linoleic acid, stearic acid, and palmitoleic acid, and the content of unsaturated fatty acids increases;(2)different dietary supplements The enzymatic hydrolysis products can improve the growth performance of broilers and improve the apparent digestibility of nutrients in broilers. The 1.0% addition amount is better than the 0.5% and 2.0% addition groups, and the effect in the early stage of growth is better than the effect in the later stage of growth;(3)The addition of fat products in the broiler diet can improve its slaughter performance, increase carcass rate and cleanliness Bore rate and semi-cleansed rate reduce abdominal fat rate and subcutaneous fat thickness;serum biochemical indicators change slightly, and serum FFA and LDL-C levels are reduced, which is conducive to the elimination of cholesterol in the body.
