| Potato is rich in nutrients,which can be used as food and vegetables for human daily consumption,also can be processed into feed or as industrial raw materials.Shanxi Province is the main potato planting area in China,with high altitude,large temperature difference between day and night,and sufficient sunshine.These climatic conditions are very consistent with the growth characteristics of potato.The nutritional value of color potato is higher than that of ordinary potato.It has significant effect in anti-aging,liver protection,prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,improvement of vision and other medical aspects.Breeding new processing potato varieties suitable for local planting in Shanxi will help to promote the development of potato functional agriculture in Shanxi.In this experiment,11 color potato varieties and 12 hybrid progenies were used as research materials.The yield characters,potato type characters,agronomic characters and quality characters were determined.Through comparative analysis,the most suitable hybrid for Shanxi planting was selected,which provided materials for the breeding of special potato.The main results are as follows:1.In the agronomic and yield traits,the best hybrid combination was Holland 14 ×Heijingang,followed by Minfenghong × Longshu 7.The hybrid of Holland 14 × Heijingang has three main stems and the plant height is 52.03 cm.The yield of Minfenghong × Longshu 7 was the best,the yield per plant was 0.72 kg,the rate of commercial potato was 74%,and the average fresh weight of single potato was94.22 g.The worst hybrid combination was Kexin 1 × 476.2.In terms of quality traits,the hybrid Minfenghong × Longshu 7 showed the best performance.The highest starch content was 18.12%,protein content was 2.5%,reducing sugar content was 0.36%,and dry matter content was 24.07%.The starch content of Minfenghong × Longshu 7 and Minfenghong ×476 could reach 18%,which could be used as breeding materials for starch processing potato.The reducing sugar content of Holland 14 × Heijingang,Minfenghong × Longshu 7 and Holland 14 × Purple Rose were all lower than 0.4%,and the dry matter content was more than 20%,which could be used as breeding materials for whole flour or fried potato.Lishu.6 × Heijingang was the worst hybrid,with starch content of 9.56%,reducing sugar content of 0.91% and dry matter content of 11.8%. |
