Lishui is located in the southwestern part of Zhejiang Province.It has the reputation of "China’s Ecological City",and its surface water environment ranks first in the province.It has the reputation of "Three Towns and One Capital".However,the development of Lishui fishery has not yet shaken off the situation of "low,small,scattered and weak".The low level of industrialization,small main body scale,scattered scale,and weak brand influence restrict the upgrading and transformation of fishery.Discuss the spatial pattern of fishery production factors in Lishui City The distribution has practical guiding significance for optimizing the layout of the fishery industry in Lishui,expanding the development space to release potential,and building a fishery green development innovation zone to help rural revitalization.Fishery has a typical resource dependence.This article uses 3S technology to obtain remote sensing images of Lishui City during high water periods,normal water periods,and dry periods,and obtains the spatial distribution of water resources and rice fields,according to different aquaculture modes to classify the water bodies and analysis of their agglomeration;Based on the research foundation of industrial development theory and practice,using exploratory spatial data analysis methods,research on the industrial geographic pattern of the relevant fishery industry data and socio-economic data in the study area in 2019;Based on the above analysis of the status quo of Lishui fishery,the fishery output of each county is estimated based on the amount of water resources and optimization countermeasures are proposed.The results are as follows:1.This article uses Sentinel-2A images as the data source,uses 3S technology,and uses NDWI water interpretation method and manual visual interpretation to correct the results after image processing.The distribution of water bodies in the three periods of high water period,normal water period and low water period was obtained.The water body area in May was 326,122 mu in the wet period,317,208 mu in October in the normal water period,and 250,288 mu in December in the dry period.The water resources in normal water period are selected as the research object,and the interpreted water bodies are divided into three categories: ponds,ponds,reservoirs,and streams according to the fishery breeding model.Among the distribution of counties,Qingtian County has the widest distribution of water resources at 91,605 mu,and Qingyuan County has the smallest distribution of water resources at 9,632 mu.In terms of spatial distribution,the distribution of ponds is most obvious in Jinyun County,and the distribution of Shantang reservoirs in Qingyun County,Songyang County,Liandu District,Suichang County,and Longquan City are more concentrated.The interpretation results of the rice fields show that Liandu District has the largest area of 138,221 mu,and Yunhe County has the smallest area of 27,539 mu.The total area of rice fields is776,961 mu.2.In order to study the distribution status of the fishery industry in Lishui,according to official data such as Zhejiang Province Statistical Yearbook 2020,Lishui City Statistical Yearbook 2020,and Lishui Fishery Statistical Yearbook 2019,selected typical indicators such as fishery output value,aquaculture area,and aquaculture output for exploratory spatial data analysis,including spatial Gini coefficient,location quotient,spatial connection strength based on gravity model,and Pearson correlation analysis.The results show that Qingtian County ranks first in the city in terms of actual aquaculture area,total aquatic product output,and fishery output value,and Qingyuan County ranks at the lowest level in all three indicators.There are polarities in the distribution of aquaculture area.Qingtian County with the largest area accounts for40.90% of the total aquaculture area in Lishui City,and Qingyuan County and Songyang County with the lowest area account for only 3.45%.In terms of the scope of the city’s fishery development,Qingtian County and Liandu District have higher spatial Gini coefficients,indicating that the fishery industries in the two regions are more concentrated,and Qingtian County,Qingyuan County,and Jingning She Autonomous Counties have a location quotient greater than 1,indicating that the fisheries in the three counties are of professional significance in the local area,with product output capacity and industrial competitiveness.In the scope of Zhejiang Province,the spatial distribution of the fishery industry in Lishui is relatively balanced,with a location quotient of 0.150,indicating that the industry does not have a comparative advantage in the province.The spatial pattern of fishery industry links within Lishui City presents a divergent distribution centered on the urban Liandu District.The eastern link is closer than the western one,and Yunhe County and Songyang County appear as a link between the east and the west,which has a radiant drive for the city’s fishery development effect.3.Combined with the DEM data,the estimated surface water resources in Lishui is 28.67154 billion cubic meters,which is unevenly distributed in the city.Qingtian County has the most abundant water resources.The water volume of 10.422.4 billion cubic meters exceeds 1/3 of the total water volume of Lishui City.Jinyun County,Songyang County and Qingyuan County are relatively scarce of water resources,less than 1/100 of the total.Based on the experience summary method and actual production data,the appropriate density of fish farming under different aquaculture methods was quantitatively estimated,and the fish production under four developable aquaculture spaces was obtained,demonstrating the potential space for the development of Lishui fishery.Based on the above analysis and prediction,the following suggestions are made for the development of Lishui fishery:(1)Improve the functional layout and build a unique Lishui fishery development base;(2)Upgrade the industrial structure,extend the industrial chain and increase the added value of products.
