| Clerodendrum japonicum is also known as champion red.It is the Clerodendrum shrub of Verbenaceae.It is cultivated in most parts of southern China.Its leaves are wide and beautiful,and the flowers are bright red and beautiful.It is not only widely used as a medicinal material,but also of great garden ornamental value.In this thesis,through the experimental analysis of different light intensity and fertilization treatment of cutting seedlings in the middle and lower parts of Clerodendrum japonicum,three light conditions were studied: 100% NS(full light),36.1% NS(3-pin shading net shading)and Growth index,relative chlorophyll content index SPAD value and light response change rule of Clerodendrum japonicum under the treatment condition of 17.8%NS(6-pin shading net shading);Fertilization treatment conditions: the application of different amounts of nitrogen fertilizer,phosphate fertilizer and potassium fertilizer Growth index,relative chlorophyll content index SPAD value and light response changes.Summarize the suitable light environment and reasonable fertilization treatment for the growth of Clerodendrum japonicum,and provide a scientific reference for Clerodendrum japonicum cultivation and garden maintenance.The main results are as follows:1.Light test results(1)With the decrease of light intensity,the seedling height growth,ground diameter growth,total biomass,root dry weight,aboveground dry matter,total root volume,root length,root surface area and leaf area all increased Trend,and significant difference,17.8% NS treatment is the maximum.(2)The SPAD value of the relative chlorophyll content of the red sycamore showed an upward trend as the light intensity decreased.There was a very significant difference between the shading conditions and the full-light treatment(P <0.01).The SPAD value of the red sycamore was the highest under the 17.8% NS treatment.(3)Shading treatment can increase the apparent quantum efficiency(AQY),maximum net photosynthetic rate(Pnmax)and light saturation point(LSP)of Clerodendrum japonicum,and reduce the light compensation point(LCP)and dark respiration rate(Rd).In summary,the growth advantage of the 17.8% NS treatment is the most obvious,and the red sycamore has a strong adaptability to the shading environment and shows good shade tolerance.2.Fertilization test results(1)Appropriate application of nitrogen fertilizer can promote the growth of Clerodendrum japonicum.Seedling height growth,ground diameter growth,root dry weight,aboveground dry matter,total biomass,and total root volume under N1(115mg N / kg soil)treatment are all in each The maximum value was reached in the treatment group,and there was a significant difference from the treatment without fertilization.The SPAD value of the relative chlorophyll content of Clerodendrum japonicum showed a downward trend with the increase of the amount of fertilization,and reached the maximum value under the treatment of N1(115mg N / kg soil).In summary,the N1(115mg N / kg soil)treatment conditions are more suitable for the growth of Clerodendrum japonicum.(2)The seedling height and ground diameter growth,ground dry matter weight,root dry weight,and total biomass of Clerodendrum japonicum treated with phosphate fertilizer P1(2mg P / kg soil)reached the maximum value in each treatment group,and There is a significant difference between the treatment without fertilization;the application of phosphate fertilizer can greatly increase the SPAD value of the relative chlorophyll content of Clerodendrum japonicum,and there is a significant difference with the treatment without fertilization(P <0.05);the phosphate fertilizer treatment can greatly increase the photosynthetic rate of Clerodendrum japonicum.(3)Appropriate application of potassium fertilizer can promote the aboveground growth of Clerodendrum japonicum,but it has no obvious effect on the accumulation of root material,or it can inhibit root growth.The increase in ground diameter and the weight of dry matter on the ground of K1(120mg K / kg soil)The largest,and there is a significant difference from the control;appropriate potassium fertilizer application can increase the relative chlorophyll content SPAD value of Clerodendrum japonicum,K1(120mg K / kg soil)treatment reached the maximum,there is a significant difference from other treatment groups;appropriate application of potassium fertilizer can increase Clerodendrum japonicum The photosynthetic rate of K1(120mg K / kg soil)treatment increases the apparent quantum efficiency,increases the maximum photosynthetic rate of Clerodendrum japonicum,the light saturation point,and reduces the light compensation point and dark breathing rate. |
