As a common species of garden flowers,Mesua ferrea is widely used in the cultivation of street trees and garden trees.In recent years,with the demand of garden flowers increased significantly,how to enhance the yield of Mesua ferrea seedlings andPromote the growth of seedlings has become a hot topic of general concern.In thisPaper,the growth index,Photosynthetic index andPhysiological index of 2-year-old seedlings of iron mulching were studied through different shading intensity and fertilization treatments,and the best light environment and reasonable fertilization ratio were summarized,The scientific basis,the main findings are as follows:(1)The shady seedlings were analyzed by CK,T1,T2 and T3(100%NS,47.2%NS,13.7%NS and 6.8%NS).The biomass accumulation and distributionPattern increased under the condition of T2,the seedling height increased,the diameter decreased and the aspect ratio increased.The shading of T1 and T2 promoted the accumulation of biomass and the inhibition of T3 shading.The allocation of biomass to shading tilted above the ground,the root biomass decreased,the biomass ratio of stem and leaf and the ratio of crown to root increased.Under shading condition T3,the average netPhotosynthetic rate and transpiration rate decreased.However,the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate was all unimodal,and proper shade could improve the quality of seedling.Experiments showed that shade induced the photosynthetic physiological adaptation mechanism of Mesua ferrea seedlings.(2)The effects of fertilization on the growth and Physiology of Mesua ferrea seedlings,the seedling height,diameter,root length and total biomass of the seedlings were higher than those of the control,Diameter,root length,biomass are the largest.Fertilizer 5 had the highest seedling height,reaching 6.99 cm,and the relative CK was 61.81%higher.Nitrogen,Phosphorus and Potassium fertilizers had higher nitrogen>Potassium>Phosphorus,the root length of seedlings for Potassium>nitrogen>Phosphorus.The contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and chlorophyll(a + b)in fertilization treatments were higher than those in the control,and there were significant differences.The concentration of N in the leaf of each seedlings of Mesua ferrea was the highest,and the highest,lowest concentration of N in roots,stems and leaves was:leaves>roots>stems.The highest and lowestP concentrations were root>stem>leaf andK concentration Sort ascending:leaves>roots>stems.Among them,the content of N,P and K in each organ of treatment 5 was the highest.The results showed that the optimum light intensity for the growth of T1 Mesua ferrea seedlings was the best in the light intensity treatment.
