Research On Forest Fire Barrier Planning Of Shunao Forest Farm In Guangzhou

The construction of ecological civilization is a key strategic work of the country.Since the 13 th Five-Year Plan,Guangdong Province has shifted the focus of forestry work to the management and protection of forest resources.Forest fire prevention is an indispensable task for the protection of forest resources and is also important for disaster prevention and reduction Subject.The construction of the forest fire barrier system is a fundamental measure to prevent the spread of fire and control the occurrence of large-scale forest fires.It is also one of the most effective measures to reduce forest losses and forest fire prevention costs.It is necessary to establish a forest fire barrier system evaluation system and optimize the forest fire barrier system.Construction.Collect relevant data of the forest fire blocking system of the Shunao Forest Farm in Guangzhou through file review and field investigation,and organize and analyze it.Combined with previous studies on forest fire barriers,biological fire belts,and road networks in forest areas,the evaluation indicators of forest fire barrier systems were analyzed and screened.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation index system for the forest fire barrier system was constructed,including 4 standard layers with complete structure,construction specifications,reasonable layout,effective management and protection,and 12 specific indicators.Using expert consultation method and AHP,using EXCEL software,comprehensively determine the weight of each index.At the same time,according to the forestry technical standards,research area forest fire development planning,field research,and interview analysis,the benchmark values of each indicator were determined.Through the comprehensive index calculation method,the actual value of each indicator is converted into an evaluation value.According to the comprehensive evaluation system and evaluation method of the forest fire barrier system constructed in this study,the evaluation of the construction of the forest fire barrier system in the Shunao Forest Farm in Guangzhou was conducted.The evaluation results showed that the comprehensive evaluation index of the forest fire barrier system in the Shunao Forest Farm in Guangzhou was 0.844 Being at level I indicates that the sound level of the forest fire barrier system is good,the fire prevention and control efficiency is fully exerted,and the construction quality is high.According to the analysis of the evaluation results of the forest fire barrier system of the Shunao Forest Farm in Guangzhou,the main problems are:(1)The quality of biological barriers needs to be improved;(2)The density of forest fire barriers is too small;(3)The forest fire barrier closure system needs to be improved.At the same time,the minimum width of the forest fire barrier(object)is insufficient,the control area of the forest fire barrier grid is too large,the average branch height of the fire forest belt is low,the fostering investment per unit area still needs to be strengthened,the security system needs to be further improved Protection efforts still need to be further improved,and the removal of combustible materials on the ground is weak.On this basis,suggestions for the optimization of the forest fire barrier system in the Shunao Forest Farm in Guangzhou:(1)Replanting and reconstruction of biological barriers;(2)Increasing the density of forest fire barriers;(3)Improving the forest fire barrier closure.
