As a new type of resource insect, the specific days of its development period will change according to feed quality, feeding density, temperature and humidity and other growth conditions. In order to promote the growth and development of the black soldier fly larvae(BSFL),it is necessary to add vitamins, inorganic salts and other micronutrients besides protein, carbohydrate and lipid. Therefore,we studied the effects of feed particle size and micronutrient on the performance of BSFL.BSFL can also use food waste, livestock manure, agricultural and sideline products as food,so they are widely used in food processing waste, livestock manure and agricultural and sideline products. The purpose of this study is to compare the effect of two methods in removing the anti-nutritional factors and improving the nutritional value of the feed. The main results are as follows:The results showed that there was no significant difference in the effects of single feeding density(1 head / cm2)and group feeding density(2.778 heads / cm2)on the growth of black water fly larvae. The results showed that: 0.2667 mg/g vitamin C and 0.5000 mg/g vitamin E shortened the larva course by 24% and 28.95%,increased the larva average weight by23.98% and 16.50%,reduced the material weight ratio by 5.54% and 2.80%,increased the pupa average weight by 25.88% and 13.58%,and 0.3333 mg/g,respectively.50 g of fermented plant meal was treated with 200 BSFL,Compared with the plant meal, the content of trypsin inhibitor,β-Companion soybean globulin, total pentosan and phytic acid in the soybean meal decreased by 63%,59%,4% and 63%,the content of small peptide and crude protein increased by 657% and 2%,the content of phytic acid, tannin and free gossypol in the cottonseed meal decreased by 87%,30% and 81%,the content of crude protein and small peptide increased by 11%,respectively.The content of phytic acid, tannin and oxazolidinethione in rapeseed meal decreased by98%,50% and 99%,and the content of crude protein and small peptide increased by3% and 468%,respectively.The average weight of fermented soybean meal, cottonseed meal and rapeseed meal were reduced by 1.7 g / 100 g,7.6 g / 100 g and 3 g / 100 g respectively. There was no significant change in the weight of the blank group(P > 0.05).In conclusion, the particle size of the artificial feed was in the range of 0.42-0.84 mm,which did not significantly affect the growth of the larvae.Vitamin C(0.2667 mg/ g)and vitamin E(0.5000 mg / g)had a significant positive effect on the growth and development of BSFL,B vitamins promoted the pupation of the BSFL,and the pupation rate increased by 2.66%.With the increase of the number of larvae, the degradation effect is better.
