South China’s intensive farming industry has developed rapidly,but the shortage of high-quality roughage has become an important issue to develop animal husbandry further.Pineapple residue is the residue of stems,leaves,skins left after the pineapples remove the fruit,which has high nutritional and feeding value,and contains more sugar,microelement and plant polyphenols,is a high-quality feed ingredient.Thirty-three female Middle Sichuan black goat were used in a single-factor,completely randomized design to research the effects of using Fermented pineapple residue(FPR)as a replacements for Corn silage(COS)on apparent digestibility of nutrients,meat quality,plasma parameters,ruminal fermentation,and microbial communities.Experimental treatments were three percentage of FPR 0,25,50 as a replacements for COS(CON,B25,B50).The primary testing results of the thesis are shown below:1.The average daily feed intake increased significantly with the rise of fermented pineapple residue(P<0.01),and B50 Group increased by 13.95% compared to the Control Group(P<0.05).The total weight of goats also increased with the replacement ratio,and compared with Control Group,B50 was significantly increased by 58.17%(P<0.05).2.Compared with CON Group,the B25 Group?s p H of 45 min,24h and intramuscular protein and Ash content of the muscle in the goats were reduced by 3.97%,6.8%,3.56%(P<0.01)and 22.00%(P<0.05);the quality of dry matter and intramuscular fat were significantly increased by 18.14% and 48.36%(P<0.05).The content of Leu,Phe and Lys in muscle were significant reduced by 7.62%,8.67%,7.69%(P<0.05),and there were no other meat qualities showed significant effects(P>0.05).3.Fermented pineapple dregs in different proportions instead of silage corn had no significant differences in serum biochemical indexes of Chuanzhong black goats(P>0.05).The T-SOD contents of serum in different groups all increased,but the increase rate of the pineapple residue groups were slower than the Control group,resulting in differences between the groups.Compared with the Control group,the different substitutions level of GSH-Px content in the pineapple residue group increased,the B25 group significantly increased by 18.13%(P<0.05),and the B50 group increased by 10.41%;There is a decline in the MDA of serum with the replacement ratio of fermented pineapple residue increased.The fermented pineapple residue replacement group significantly reduced the content of IL-4 in the serum.Compared with the Control group,the B25 group decreased by 21.08%,and the B50 group decreased by 21.28%.Other Serum immune indexes showed no significant differences(P>0.05).4.Compared with the Control group,The rumen p H of B50 was significantly reduced by 8.46%(P<0.05),acetic Acid increased by 23.48%,Propionic acid increased by 19.71%,Butyric acid increased by 29.68%,Valeric acid increased by 27.69%.And there were no other significant differences in rumen fermentation indexes(P>0.05).5.The Shannon index,ACE index,Chao1 index and Simpson index of rumen fluid bacterial flora of all the treatment groups showed no significantly differences(P>0.05).At the phylum and genus levels,fermented pineapple residue had no significant effect on the dominant phylum in the rumen.At the family level,the abundance of phytoplankton(f_Rikenellaceae)in B50 group was significantly lower than that in the Control group(LDA>4).Compared with the Control group,the abundance of thick-walled bacteria in the faeces of the B25 group increased by 14.81%.At the genus level,the Bacteroides genus in B25 group increased by 24.24% compared to the Control group,and the other genus Mycobacterium increased by 13.04%.There were no significant differences among the other bacterial groups(P>0.05).In summary,fermented pineapple residue feed has a positive effect on the Feed intake,Total weight gain,Intramuscular fat,Immunity,Antioxidant capacity,Rumen fermentation parameters,and Microbial flora of Middle Si Chuan Black Goat,which can be used as a new type of high-quality Promote the use of feed.
