In this experiment, soybean meal was replaced by microbiological fermentation of alcohol as a byproduct(biogas residue)to study the growth performance, serum biochemical indexes, meat and egg quality, intestinal flora and small intestine form, and to explore the suitable proportion of fermented biogas residue(FBR)in livestock and poultry breeding, and to provide a reasonable reference for the application and popularization of FBR in large scale production. This test is divided into the following three parts: Experiment 1.Effects of the FBR on Meat Quality,Growth Performance and Serum Biochemical Index of PigA total of 128 pigs weighing 40±3.08 kg were randomly divided into 4 groups according to sex, each with 4 replicates, each replicates 8 pigs, half of male and female. The control group was fed with basal diet, and the diets of 1,2 and 3 were replaced with 5%,10% and 15% FBR to replace part of the soybean meal in the basal diet.Pre-trial period 7 d,test period 60 d,divided into 1 ~ 30 d and 31 ~ 60 d,two stages. At the end of the test, the performance was calculated and the serum biochemical parameters, meat quality were measured. The results showed that the average daily feed intake(ADFI)and average daily gain(ADG)were significantly higher in the experimental trials 1,2 and 3 than in the control group(P<0.05).The ADG of the experimental trials 2 and 3 was significantly higher than that of the control(P<0.05).The addition of FBR to the diet had no significant effect on the serum biochemical indexes of the growing and finishing pigs. The pH value of the longest muscle of the piglets was fecal, water retention, tenderness and intramuscular fat,the content of fatty acids was not significantly affected, and the aspartic acid, arginine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, leucine, threonine, serine, lysine, the contents of proline,alanine,non-essential amino acids, essential amino acids and total amino acids were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that adding 5% and 10% fermented wheat biogas residue in the diet could improve the growth performance of the growing and finishing pigs and improve the content of essential amino acids and several flavor amino acids.Experiment 2.Effects of FBR on Egg Quality,Intestinal Flora,Laying Performance,Serum Biochemical Parameters and Small Intestine FormA total of 1050 59-week-old blue-brown laying hens were divided into 5 treatments randomly,5 replicates per treatment,42 chickens each replicates. The control group was fed with corn-soybean meal based diet, the ratio of FBR to diets was 4%,14%,24% and 34% in experiment 1,2,3,and 4,pre-feeding for 5 days, the trial period of 40 days.At the end of the test, the performance was calculated and the serum biochemical parameters, slaughter performance, intestinal flora, small intestine villi form and meat quality were measured. The results showed that when the proportion of FBR was more than 14%,the feed intake, egg weight, egg production rate and glutamic acid, serine, histidine, glycine, methionine, phenylpropanamine acid, isoleucine, lysine and flavor amino acids(P<0.05),and the content of saturated fatty acids(P<0.05)was decreased by the increase of the height of the FBR.The lactic acid bacteria in the experimental group 2 were significantly larger than those in the control group(P<0.05).When the proportion of FBR accounted for more than 4%,the duodenum, jejunum villus length and villus length/crypt depth(P<0.05)were significantly increased. The results showed that when the FBR was more than 14%,the feed intake, egg weight, egg production rate and muscle amino acid content were affected, and the FBR could increase the protein height and hastelloy, improve the freshness of the egg,in addition to the small intestine can also improve the villus form.Experiment 3.Effects of FBR Feeding Broiler on Its Production Performance,Serum Biochemical Index,Meat Quality,Intestinal Flora and Small Intestine FormA total of 192 1 d Huainan ephedra chickens were divided into 4 treatment groups: control group, test group 1,test group 2 and test group 3,respectively.The proportion was 3%,6% and 9%,each group of 4 repeated, each repeated 12,the difference was not significant difference between the groups.(0~21 d)and late(22~66 d)two stage, the test period of 66 d.At the end of the test, the performance was calculated and the serum biochemical parameters, slaughter performance, intestinal flora, small intestine villi form and meat quality were measured. The results showed that the ADG was significantly greater than that of the control group. With the increase of the proportion of FBR,9% FBR significantly reduced the content of albumin and total protein.FBR had no significant effect on slaughter performance, intestinal flora, meat and flavor, but could improve the villus form of small intestine. Conclusion: Feeding 3-9% FBR can significantly improve the villus structure of small intestine,3-6% FBR can increase the daily gain of broiler, reduce the feed efficiency, more than 6% FBR will affect the immune function and protein metabolic function.
