The test was designed to explore the best fermentation process of mixed strains on corn with ear(seeds, coating and core),and clear its effects on reproductive performance of sows. The results show as follows:Test 1: Research on the best fermentative technology of fresh corn thick slurry feed with multi-strainsThe experiment was designed with The saccharomyces cerevisiae, bacillus subtilis and plant lactobacillus to fermented the prepared fresh corn thick slurry feed. The number of viable cells after fermentation was used as an indication,to explore the effects of fermentative parameters including fermentative time, temperature, inoculation amount, proportion of vaccination and material-water ratio on the value of fresh corn feed by single factor and four factors with three levels for L9(34)orthogonal experiments. The result shows as follows: the optimal condition for mixed strains fermented the fresh corn thick slurry feed was by 6% of Inoculation amount,3:3:4 of proportion of strains,2.5:1 of material-water ratio,37? of fermentative temperature,10 days of fermentative time, and under these circumstances, the effect of fermentation has significantly increased, the crude protein content increased to 12.51%,the crude fiber content decreased to 16.88%,the lactic acid and biomass content increased to 4.3%,68.7×107cfu/ml.Test 2: Effect of Dietary Fermented Corn with Ear Feed on Reproductive Performance of SowsOne hundred and twenty late gestation(81 to 85 d)sows with the same parity were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 repeat per group and 10 sows per repeat. In experimental groups, the mixed fermented corn coat to core pulp feed was fed for sows by different proportion replace material corn as: 10%,15% and 20% replacement group, respectively, while the control group was fed with based diet. The pre breeding of the test were 10 days, and the durations were 80 days. The results shows as follows:1)compare with control group, the score of sow body condition at weaning in 15% group was significantly improved(P<0.01).The normal estrus and fecundation rates in experimental groups were 90.00% and 100.00%,respectively.2)Compare with control group, the weight of piglets at weaning, average daily gain and score of piglet skin development condition in experimental groups were significantly improved(P<0.01);diarrhea rate showed a decreased tendency.3)Compared with control group, feeding fermented corn coat to core pulp feed replace material corn has a significant effect on content of immunoglobulin G in colostrums(P<0.05),moreover,the content of milk protein, milk fat and serum antioxidative indexes of the colostrums also had increased tendency. In 20%group,the number of E.coli and Salmonalla were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),nevertheless,the number of Lactubacillus was significantly higher(P<0.05).These results prove that feeding fermented corn coat to core pulp feed replace material corn can improve intestinal microorganisms and healthy conditions of pigs;moreover,it can improve reproduction performance of sows and growth performance of suckling piglets.
