Grading and sorting are important parts of eel harvesting.In recent years,with the increase in eel farming costs and the urgent eel demanding in the market,the market price of eel has increased continually,and the demand for labor has also increased gradually.Grading and sorting by weight is one of the most labor-intensive links during the eel harvesting process.In Traditional live fish sorting,workers estimate the weight of eel by hand,or weigh them on a weighing platform one by one,which result in low efficiency,large error and high labor cost.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the design scheme of live eel dynamic weighting and sorting equipment based on eel’s physical characteristics.This equipment is highly automated and can sorting the eel precisely.It is suitable for the classification and sorting environment of eel breeding bases.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)Mechanical structure design and processing trial production of grading and sorting equipment;by understanding the development status of grading and sorting equipment at home and abroad,investigating the living eel breeding base in Taishan City,Guangdong Province,and combining the body length,weight,smooth surface and stainless steel of living eel Physical characteristics with minimal surface friction,design of the sorting equipment,including the introduction device,weighing device,sorting conveyor,motion analysis of the planar four-bar mechanism in the sorting conveyor,to determine the electric push rod The best stroke is 50 mm.Use the three-dimensional drawing tool Soild Works to establish the sorting equipment model and export the engineering drawing.After the modification is marked in the Auto Cad software,the sorting equipment will be processed for trial production.(2)The hardware design and implementation of the hierarchical sorting control system;through the overall design of the hardware system,it is determined that the programmable logic controller(PLC)is the control core.Mainly include the selection of control components,the allocation of PLC external ports,the communication between PLC and weighing display controller,the circuit design of the control system based on PLC,the electrical auxiliary design software Eplan is used to complete the drawing of the control system circuit diagram,and the acquisition of control components Circuit.(3)Software design and implementation of the grading and sorting control system;through the overall design of the software system,the MODBUS communication protocol is determined as the communication protocol of the upper and lower computers.It mainly includes the preparation of communication programs and sorting control programs,the design of sliding weighing algorithm,and the online test of the whole machine control system.In the process of software debugging,the weighing display controller and PC,PLC and PC simulated weighing display controller are used for MODBUS communication.After the debugging is successful,the weighing display controller and the PLC are symmetrically communicated to ensure the successful communication of each part.(4)The control variable method is used for the test;by changing the inclination angle of the live eel gliding along the inclined surface,the inclined angle of the inclined surface with the smallest impact on the weight of the eel when the eel is sliding along the inclined surface is found to optimize the structural parameters of the sorting equipment,and the inclined angle of the inclined surface is 10 ° ~ 40 ° The test is subdivided once every 10 ° interval to find the best inclination interval.The test results show that when the inclined angle is 20 ° ~ 30 °,the weight of the eel obtained by the sliding weighing test is closest to the static weight value of the eel.(5)Productized testing and sorting equipment;after the assembly and commissioning of the graded sorting equipment is completed,the equipment is operated without load for 24 hours,and the equipment works normally;the eel is placed for sorting test.After the test,the equipment is operated without load and the mechanical structure is normal There was no damage and abnormality with the control system,and the equipment reliability was strong.
