| China is the country with the largest total potato planting area in the world,with a planting area of more than 86 million mu and a total output of more than 100 million tons.while China is the country with the largest potato production,potato processing exports are much lower than other developed countries.The main reason is that China’s potato production and processing technology is relatively backward,which leads to China’s potato products being mainly processed products competitiveness in the international market is far less than other developed countries.Product quality grading of potatoes is an important part of potato processi ng before export,and potato grading also penetrates into key links such as potato cultivation and harvesting.The traditional potato sorting methods in China mostly use manual sorting,which is time-consuming and labor-intensive.Traditional potato grading equipment mostly uses general equipment for fruit and vegetable products,with less specialized equipment,and the existing potato grading equipment generally has the problems of less grading grade and poor grading efficiency.In view of the above problems,this paper designed a new type of roller potato grading device,and carried out structural selection and design,theoretical analysis,simulation analysis and experimental research on its main working parts.Related research results:(1)Investigating the working mode,structure and working principle of domestic and foreign potato grading device,combining with the characteristics of different varieties of potato materials commonly planted in the northeast region,the overall plan was determined,and th e grading roller and differential grading device were designed as a roller potato grading device.The key component of the grading roller group is the structure of the fixed roller and the floating roller.The two rollers move along the different guides of the differential grading device to divide the potato into three grades: large,medium,and small.(2)According to the potato grading size range,determine the roller gap of the grading device to be 32mm;the grading roller diameter range is 80mm~125mm,t hrough the critical condition that the potato can overturn the grading roller between the rollers;the roller speed range is90r/min~150r/min;The lifting angle of the lifting device is 10°~30°,and combined with the structure parameters and design scheme of the whole machine,it is determined that the number of the grading roller groups is 26 groups.(3)The movement laws of potato and grading roller during the grading process were studied,and the dynamic and kinematic models of the potato movement proce ss were established.The main factors affecting the grading efficiency and grading accuracy of the potato were the potato feeding amount,the lifting angle of the unit,and the grading roller speed.Combined with ADAMS simulation analysis,the structural parameters and working parameters of the grading device are designed and optimized.The simulation results show that the grading device operation meets the grading requirements,and preliminary verification of the good performance of the roller potato grading device.(4)Conduct experimental research on the processing prototype,establish a regression model of experimental indicators and influencing factors,and analyze the experimental data.The results show that when the lifting angle is 24°,the roller speed is 120r/min,and the potato feeding amount is 55t/h,the corresponding test index is grading efficiency 53.7t/h and grading accuracy 96%.Obviously better than the relevant standards,to meet the requirements of potato grading operation.The roller potato grading device designed in this paper can easily improve the grading efficiency and grading accuracy of potato,and provides technical reference and theoretical support for the design and optimization of potato grading device. |
