| Taking potted planting seedlings of Euscaphis konishii Hayata as research object,Three kinds of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF),including Claroideoglomus etunicatum,Funneliformis mosseae,and Rhizophagus intraradices,are used in single,mixed double and triple Vaccination,and compare with their seedling growth,nutrient accumulation,photosynthesis,and physiological and biochemical characteristics to select the strains with the strongest mycorrhizal infection rate and the best seedling growth potential.It provide a scientific basis for the mycorrhizal seedlings of Euscaphis konishii Hayata.The results show that:(1)The mixed inoculation of two strains had the best comprehensive effect,seedlings grow well and are resistant to stress.(2)The three AMFs tested can form a mycorrhizal symbiosis with the seedlings of Euscaphis konishii Hayata seedlings.The rate of mycorrhizal infection was higher in single vaccination of Claroideoglomus claroideum and Claroideoglomus etunicatum,which was significantly better than Septoglomus viscosum,and the difference between different inoculation methods was not significant.(3)The three kinds of AMF can promote the growth of Euscaphis konishii Hayata seedlings seedlings regardless of single connection,double connection or triple connection,significantly improve their plant height,ground diameter,number of leaves and biomass,and promote the effect of single-connected Claroideoglomus etunicatum is the best.(4)All three AMFs can improve the root morphology structure of Euscaphis konishii Hayata seedlings,significantly increase the number of root tips,root surface area,root length and root volume of seedlings,promote the absorption of soil nutrients by seedlings,improve the nutritional status of seedlings,seedling N,P,K nutrient accumulation amount is the largest in single-connected Claroideoglomus etunicatum.(5)Inoculation with AMF can significantly improve the net photosynthetic efficiency,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of the leaves of Euscaphis konishii Hayata seedlings,increase the content of carotenoids,chlorophyll a / b and total chlorophyll in the leaves of the seedlings,and significantly increase the content of Euscaphis konishii Hayata seedlings photosynthesis ability.(6)Three kinds of AMF can significantly reduce the malondialdehyde content of the leaves of Euscaphis konishii Hayata seedlings and increase the soluble sugar content of the leaves,which can effectively improve the stress resistance of Euscaphis konishii Hayata seedlings. |
