The tobacco area of Fuzhou city is an important tobacco planting area and baking process demonstration area in Jiangxi Province.There are many poverty counties in this area,and tobacco planting has become the main way for farmers in these poverty areas to get rid of poverty.Molybdenum,sulfur,calcium and magnesium are the main intermediate and trace elements in the growth of tobacco.In order to find a reasonable fertilization type and application ratio of medium and trace element fertilizer in Fuzhou tobacco area in Jiangxi,as well as to improve the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco and the economic benefits of growing tobacoo,this study has set up 4 large experimental fields as fellows:First,the effects of different molybdenum application rates on the growth and quality of flue-cured tobacco.Five treatments were set up on the basis of normal fertilization,T1:conventional nutrient soil;T2: conventional nutrient soil + molybdenum Ammonium acid50g/mu;T3: conventional nutrient soil + ammonium molybdate 80g/mu;T4: conventional nutrient soil + ammonium molybdate 110g/mu;T5: conventional nutrient soil +ammonium molybdate 140g/mu.Second,the effects of sulphur application on the growth of flue-cured tobacco and the quality of tobacco leaves,five treatments were set up,the sulphur content is T1: 1.8 kg/mu,T2: 3.6 kg/mu,T3: 5.4 kg/mu,T4: 7.2 kg/ Mu,T5: 9.0kg / mu.Third,the effect of applying calcium fertilizer on the calcium content in tobacco leaves under acidic soil conditions,five treatments were set up,T1: no calcium fertilizer;T2: 20kg/mu slaked lime;T3: 40kg/mu slaked lime;T4: 60kg/mu slaked lime,T5:80kg/mu slaked lime.Fourth,the effects of nitrogen and magnesium fertilizers on the growth of flue-cured tobacco and the yield and quality of tobacco leaves,and the test adopted two-factor splitting zone.The nitrogen application rate was the main area set with three levels,namely pure nitrogen are applied with 7.5 kg/mu,9.0.Kg/mu and 10.5 kg/mu;the amount of magnesium applied is the secondary zone,with three levels,which are 4.0 kg/mu,6.0kg/mu,and 8.0 kg/mu.There are totally 9 treatments,which focus on the effects of several medium and trace element fertilizers on the growth,development and yield of flue-cured tobacco were studied.The main results are as follows:1.Application of trace molybdenum fertilizer can promote the growth of tobacco plants,and improve the chemical composition and coordination of flue-cured tobacco,and increase the yield and output value of flue-cured tobacco.The amount of molybdenum applied turned out to be best in T2(ammonium molybdate 50g/mu).2.Although the application of trace amount of sulfur fertilizer has a certain promoting effect on the growth of tobacco plants,the application of sulfur fertilizer reduced the starch,reduced sugar and total sugar content of flue-cured tobacco,reduced the yield of medium and high-grade tobacco,and increased the yield of lower-grade tobacco,and reduced the output value of flue-cured tobacco.There is no symptoms of sulfur deficiency in tobacco leaves,and it is not recommended to apply sulfur fertilizer in the Fuzhou tobacco area.3.The application of calcium fertilizer increased the starch and nicotine content of flue-cured tobacco,reduced the potassium content of flue-cured tobacco,reduced the proportion of medium and high-grade tobacco,but increased the yield of lower-grade tobacco.Although the total yield of flue-cured tobacco was slightly increased,it had no effect on the total output value of flue-cured tobacco.It is recommended that the amount of calcium applied in the Fuzhou tobacco area be adjusted to be between T1 and T2 and10-15 kg/mu of slaked lime.4.In the combined application of nitrogen fertilizer and magnesium fertilizer,the application of high nitrogen fertilizer and low magnesium fertilizer is the most favorable for the initial growth after transplanting.The application of high nitrogen fertilizer and low magnesium fertilizer can reduce the nicotine content in a small amount,and the application of high nitrogen fertilizer can significantly improve the total flue-cured tobacco.Chlorine content,moderate nitrogen fertilizer and magnesium fertilizer application can increase the yield of flue-cured tobacco.High nitrogen fertilizer and low magnesium fertilizer can increase the proportion of the highest yield of flue-cured tobacco.High-nitrogen medium-magnesium fertilizer can increase the output value and average price of flue-cured tobacco.Nitrogen and magnesium fertilizers were applied with a nitrogen application rate of 10.5 kg/mu and a magnesium application rate of 6 kg/mu,which had the best effect on the growth,development and quality of flue-cured tobacco.
