As an important woody crop in Guangxi,bamboo has not been widely used in the late processing after cutting down,mainly because of the low mechanization level of bamboo processing.A lot of bamboo timber processing plants processing machinery used directly in the late stage of bamboo processing process,but the bamboo and wood both in shape and material properties differ greatly.So this approach can only to a certain extent.Improve the efficiency of the bamboo processing,but not because of special equipment.There are some problems in use process.Therefore,in this paper,a new idea is put forward to design and manufacture a bamboo billet removing machine for bamboo processing.With the development of society,daily necessities,handicrafts and other industries need to remove a large number of bamboo at the same time to ensure that the bamboo tube wall intact bamboo billet.At present,there are two kinds of methods in the market:manual and mechanical.Manual method is time-consuming and laborious with low efficiency and poor efficiency.The efficiency of removing bamboo knots by using removing machinery is higher than that by manual removing method,but the machining precision of cutting tool head is too high in the process of removing bamboo knots,and the serious wear of bamboo on cutting tools increases the processing cost.In view of the poor processing effect of the existing bamboo billet cylinder removal equipment,the method of inflating and pressurizing the bamboo billet cylinder is put forward by taking advantage of the different physical characteristics such as the hardness and density of the bamboo billet cylinder wall and the bamboo segment to remove the bamboo segment.According to this method,an inflatable bamboo billet stripping machine is designed.Firstly,the feasibility of this method is verified by ANSYS simulation and node removal test.Secondly,the whole frame and important parts of the prototype are designed and checked.Finally,according to the design scheme to produce an inflatable bamboo billet cylinder to node machine prototype,through the test to verify the node machine to node effect.The results obtained in this paper provide a certain method and basis for the subsequent research and development of bamboo machine saving,which has certain theoretical significance and practical value.Specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)In order to study the feasibility of inflating and removing bamboo joints,UG software and ANSYS Workbench module are used to carry out 3d digital modeling and simulation of bamboo blank cylinder after applying gas pressure.Through the analysis of the obtained mechanical cloud diagram,it can be concluded that:when filling and pressurizing bamboo blank cylinder under the sealed state,the bamboo joints will break before the bamboo tube wall.(2)In order to further verify the feasibility of air charging and pressurizing method for removing bamboo knots,a simple device was designed with a flange plate as the main part to carry out a physical node removal test.Some important parameters which can be used to design the prototype are obtained.(3)Design of inflatable bamboo billet unlocking machine prototype.Based on the analysis of the shape of bamboo billet tube and the above feasibility verification results,the overall design scheme of the prototype is determined.Then,the clamping device,transmission device,transmission device,lifting device,inflatable device and other main structural devices are designed to obtain the overall three-dimensional model of the prototype.(4)Prototype rack design reliability verification.Prototype in his practical work with the transfer of motor vibration excitation frequency may cause frame resonance problems.For this possibility,using ANSYS software was carried out on the prototype frame modal analysis,by moving the rack in the first 10 order natural frequency and motor excitation frequency comparison.Analysis prototype will not resonate with transmission motor in the working process of the problem.After that,the static finite element simulation analysis was carried out on the prototype frame.Through the analysis of stress and strain cloud graph,it can be seen that the strength and stiffness required by the frame work are all within the allowable range of materials.(5)Prototype control system design.In order to realize the automatic operation of the prototype,based on two microcontroller of Arduino UNO combined with Arduino IDE software programming and bluetooth wireless communication technology,an inflatable mechanical and electrical circuit control system is designed,which realizes the automatic transmission,lifting,clamping and releasing as well as the gas-filled and gas-out process of the prototype.(6)Prototype manufacturing and stripping test verification.Based on the above theoretical research design of the prototype,an inflatable solid prototype of bamboo billet cylinder is manufactured and the relevant experiment verification of bamboo billet cylinder is completed.60 bamboo billets with a length of 40-55cm and a diameter of 4-6cm were taken for node removal test.During the working process of the prototype,it runs stably,and the average time of removing one bamboo knot is 27.2s.Therefore,it is concluded that the prototype can complete the stripping work of bamboo billet barrel as expected in the design,achieving the stripping effect as expected in the initial design.
