With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people's demand for fruits and vegetables w ABSTRACTith high nutritional value is increasing day by day,and FIG with high nutritional value has become a new favorite of fruits.The implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy has provided an unprecedented opportunity for large-scale agricultural planting.The large-scale planting of figs has put forward an urgent demand for automatic mechanical cultivation.By analyzing the current situation of planting machinery at home and abroad,it can be known that the technology of planting machinery abroad is mature,automatic and highly mechanized.At present,China's planting machinery is in the primary stage of development,the degree of mechanization is not high,the planting of fruit mainly artificial,no large-scale mechanization application,how many planting machine application in cotton,rice and so on.In order to solve the problem of mechanized planting effectively,this paper designed a FIG sapling planter controlled by PLC control system.Specific research work and conclusions are as follows:(1)Determine the size parameters of the planting machine and the mechanical functions to be realized by studying the agronomic requirements,processes and parameters of seedling size and shape.(2)According to the principle of saving labor and improving planting efficiency,the mechanical design scheme of planting machine was designed.Considering the practical operation comprehensively,the key component design scheme was optimized,and the model diagram was drawn by CATIA software.Based on the discrete element method,EDEM software was used to analyze the key components of the stirring structure and determine the structure of the whole machine.(3)According to the mechanical structure of the whole machine,a PLC control system with better operability is determined through analysis to realize electronic control.Siemens s7-200 suitable for small electronic control system is chosen as the controller,other control components are mainly motors,frequency converter,etc.According to the hardware system performance parameters,combined with the requirements of the software system design.(4)Make the prototype according to the design scheme and test it.It can be seen from the test results that FIG seedlings have good upright degree,no damage to seedlings,high soil accuracy,even nutrient pot soil volume,reliable mechanical operation and high efficiency.
