In China,sugarcane planting area is mainly distributed in the south of china;the size of sugarcane planting area is small;the farmers are scattered;more than 60% of sugarcane planting in hilly areas,with ridge distance between 700~900mm.At the same time,the sugar processing technology and transportation methods in China's sugar mills are generally receiving whole stalk sugarcane.Those determine the large cut section of sugarcane harvest is not suitable for China's national conditions,for a long time in the future.In China,the development of small whole stalk sugarcane harvester will be a mainstream.The main components of the small whole stalk sugarcane harvester are divided into these parts:talking-sugarcane system,cutting table system,feeding system,stripping system,power system,control system and so on.The blockage of the logistics channel is the bottleneck of restricting the promotion and development of the small whole stalk sugarcane harvester.Through the field investigation and the treatment of feeding roller and output roller,it is indicated that the main form of the blockage of the logistics channel in the process of the harvest of the sugarcane harvester.Therefore,it is great significance to study and design the logistics optimization mechanism of the whole stalk sugarcane harvester,which is not blocked,not hurt the skin,low impurity rate,high reliability and easy maintenance.In this paper,A new split feed system is designed to aim at reliefing the central congestion in Operation the process of small sugarcane harvester,And Kinematics analysis and dynamics analysis for the system are carried out.On the basis of mathematical analysis,using the ADAMS and related professional software take a single element test of shunt feed system.Under the condition of single sugarcane through take the orthogonal test of the shunt feed system.Under the condition of multiple sugarcane through take simulation experiment of the system.And the split feed system was improved.Through the physical prototype test in the rotational speed of the feed roller is 200r/min,speed of shunt feed roller 350r/min,shunt bias angle of sebific duct is 30,shunt feed roller can accomplish the design function of shunt feed.
