| In recent years,Pingtan construction of protection forest system is paying off,the construction of protection forest system has an important influence on Pingtan ecological,economic and cultural aspects.The effect of Pingtan island protection forest system construction as the research subject,and select the Pingtan protection forest in 2015-2016 years of relevant data,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,data collection and analysis of relevant data,the effect of the construction of protection forest system in Pingtan Island were evaluated.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The selection of tree species in Pingtan should be adjusted according to local conditions,according to climate,function and environment,so that we can learn from other island’s successful planting experience.Meanwhile,as an international tourism island,Pingtan should choose highly ornamental plants.(2)Through the investigation and study,social influence,environmental impact,social environment,natural resources utilization,inspection and evaluation,through expert research and weights were 0.23,0.18,0.25,0.16,0.19 building evaluation model;fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method will be divided into effect is very good,good,general,poor,very poor five levels.(3)The evaluation score in 2015 is {0.21946 0.20935,0.351080.08749 0.143087},and 2016 score is {0.21029 0.2278,0.271230.12149 0.21869},and the evaluation score is basically effective and above.The construction of Pingtan Island shelterbelts is very effective and shows a good trend of development year by year.(4)According to the score analysis,the effect of the construction of Pingtan island protection forest system on the social environment is most obvious,and the utilization of natural resources is the worst.It shows that the island protection forest plays a positive role in improving the ecological environment and improving the economy.The growth of land use and the increase of resources need to be further strengthened.(5)There are still some deficiencies in the construction of Pingtan Island shelterbelt system.In the future development,we need to strengthen the utilization of island natural resources,and combine the coastal shelterbelt with farmland,roads and public areas to form a more complete ecosystem. |
