The Study About Island Forest Ecosystem Benefit Evaluation Of Pingtan

The construction of island forests is completely related to people’s living quality.With the continuously improving of people’s living standard,people pay more and more attention to the construction of island forests.But how to make reasonable remarks on the construction of island forests,we haven’t a clear standard system.Our country’s related survey is in a beginning phase.This passage takes the Pingtan comprehensive experimental area as the object of study,chooses 12 index of the island forest virescence,urban forest structure,forest ecological function to build the island forest efficiency evaluation system and uses AHP,expert scoring method,field survey and indoor experiments to evaluate the system.We get such research result:1)By building comprehensive evaluation system of the island forest to evaluate the forests in the Pingtan comprehensive experimental area.The final index is 0.6781,belongs to secondary level.It means the structure and layout of urban forest is much more reasonable,function value is average and the construction is moderate.Compared to the 12th Five-Year Plan,Pingtan has made big progress;this shows that Pingtan comprehensive experimental area has made many efforts in the landscaping,2)Use Delphi analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to analyze the different index of Pingtan comprehensive experimental area,It means the forest function is much more important to experimental area,reaches 55%.Because the area is surrounded by sea,where always eroded by sea wind.Weather is very bad,but the function of island forset could adjust the climate,fix carbon and release oxygen,conserve water and prevent the wind,fix the sand.The forests could provide better living standard to islanders.3)When evaluated the island forest of Pingtan comprehensive experimental area.In the secondary index,urban landscaping planning gets higher score,while forest structure gets lower score,it means the forests in the Pingtan comprehensive experimental area is not reasonable.In recent years,the number of landscaping is enough but quality is not good.It needs improving.4)In the overall evaluations,island forest cover rate and green land rate over 1,beyond the selection criteria of national garden city.The per capita public green space nearly reach the standard,but the evaluation of total green land amounts to only 0.29,which is lower than 1.This is because Pingtan comprehensive experimental area has planted many trees on the island.While the trees aren’t ripe,this leads to the lack of the total quantity of green land.The specific greening effect needs time to verify.5)When evaluating the forest ecological service function,also calculating the buck price of forest.We find that the benefit of single ecological service function of forest is bigger than the buck price.The most even reaches 20 times.This shows the ecological service function of forest is bigger than the prices.It also provides the proof to protect the forests.
