Camellia oleifera is one of the important woody edible oil trees in China, mainly distribute in acid red soil of southern China.The soil contain a lot of strong oxidation activity of iron, aluminum and other ions, which easy to combine with the effective phosphorus in soil or fertilizer to generate intolerable iron phosphate of compounds and aluminum phosphate of compounds. This kind of phosphorous cannot be effectively used and easy lead to low phosphorus stress on Camellia oleifera. For this reason, one-year-old cutting-seedling of Camellia oleifera variety "Xianglinl" was selected to make process with four types of inorganic phosphates that include K-P(KH2PO4), Ca-P(Ca3(PO4)2), Al-P(AlPO4) and Fe-P(FePO4·4H2O). To provide reference for scientific fertilization of Camellia oleifera. The research analyzed the differences of phosphorus’ efficiency, and studied on the growth and physiological and biochemical changes.Results were as follows:1.Treated with different phosphates, the height and diameter of Camellia oleifera has been increased significantly,especially of K-P and Ca-P.All of phosphates has significantly increased main root length except Fe-P; Four types of phosphates has significantly decreased the growth and number of lateral roots. K-P, Ca-P and Al-P has significantly increased the dry weight of stem-leaf and root,and reduced the root shoot ratio. As a result, four types of phosphates could change the root structure of Camellia oleifera, and regulate the distribution of ground and underground substances.2.To research the content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in Camellia oleifera, that found four types of phosphates significantly increased the content of phosphorus in root, stem and leaf of Camellia oleifera, and K-P>Ca-P>Al-P> Fe-P>CK. K-P and Ca-P could significantly increase the content of nitrogen and the ratio of nitrogen/potassium. Four types of phosphates significantly increased the content of potassium in stem of Camellia oleifera especially Al-P. K-P,Ca-P and Al-P has significantly increased the content of phosphorus in stem of Camellia oleifera except Fe-P. K-P,Ca-P and Al-P have significantly increased the content of phosphorus in stem of Camellia oleifera especially K-P.The results showed that increase the lever of phosphorus is good to absorb nitrogen and potassium.3.Study the effects of different phosphates on stress-tolerant enzymes activity of Camellia oleifera, results showed that four kinds of phosphorus significantly reduced the activity of POD, SOD and ACP in leaves except CAT. The activity of K-P on POD and Ca-P on ACP were the smallest.Both of them has a similar influence on the activity of SOD. Al-P, Fe-P and CK has higher activity of SOD than K-P and Ca-P.The results showed that four types of phosphates has recovered the cells, reduced the low-phosphorus stress and the activity of stress-tolerant enzymes.4.Treated with different phosphates,the content of chlorophyll has significantly increased especially K-P.The content of soluble sugar has a little significantly change.On the contrary, Fe-P has a higher lever of soluble than CK.The content of MDA has significantly reduced especially of K-P treatment. The treatment of four types of phosphates reduced the low phosphorus stress, lipid peroxidation and MDA content. |
