Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid growth of the national economy,the demand of the Society for the logistics is increasing gradually under the promotion of e-commerce,and the logistics industry is also developing rapidly,the role in the production enterprise is also more obvious.With the support of the national policy of “ Agriculture,countryside and farmers”,more and more agricultural production enterprises have achieved rapid development,however,the characteristics of agricultural products,such as production periodicity,production regionality,perishable and perishable,to some extent,put forward higher requirements for the logistics transportation of production enterprises.This makes the market cooperation between the agricultural production enterprises and the third party logistics enterprises more and more close,and the demand for the timely,convenient,safe and professional transportation service quality is increasing.Group A,as a modern vegetable production,vegetable distribution and vegetable sales as one of the whole industry chain enterprises,in recent years,through the rapid development of self-built vegetable production base,vegetable variety research and development base,logistics outsourcing and other means,and constantly promote the transformation of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,vegetable quality as the focus of large-scale development,promote the development of local vegetable production.However,with the development of enterprises,a group is difficult to reduce costs in labor,technology research and development,machinery and equipment and marketing,logistics become the third source of profits.Group A had problems with small batches and multiple trips when semi-finished suppliers supplied to vegetable production bases and vegetable production bases supplied to distribution centres,resulting in high transportation costs and therefore,how to improve the transportation efficiency and reduce the transportation cost while paying attention to the quality of vegetables has become an urgent problem for Group A.Based on the analysis of the existing pick-up and delivery models of Shouguang Group A distribution centre in Shandong province,this paper analyzes the problems of high transport costs and low truck loading rate in the upstream supply link of the distribution centre,this paper expounds the necessity and the implementation conditions of the application of Milk Run in the distribution center of Group A,and through the analysis of the transportation status of the upstream supply link of the distribution center of Group A,determines the improvement direction,the push transportation is changed into pull transportation,and the multi-level Milk Run path optimization model of distribution center is constructed,and the ant colony algorithm is used to solve the model,and the multi-level Milk Run path of x distribution center is optimized,finally,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the application of multi-level Milk Run mode in the distribution center of Group A.With a view to improving the efficiency of vegetable transportation and truck loading rate,reduce transport costs,enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise.
