Inventory and Transportation are two of the most important parts in enterpriselogistics. So far, they are controlled separately by the warehousing department and thetransportation department. Because of the different resource constraints and goals, thetwo departments make the plans independently to maximum their own benefits, whichmay damage the overall interests of the supply chain. Therefore, it is a significantproblem for the enterprise to balance the relationship between the inventory and thetransportation, also a hot issue for research.In this context, auto parts Inventory-Transportation Integrated Optimization(ITIO) was discussed from the perspective of collaborative supply chain operations.Under the premise of the stochastic demand, a model of inventory and transportationBi-level programming model was constructed based on Milk-Run mode, namely, thetop inventory model and the lower transportation model were optimized respectively.Then, through the Hybrid optimization algorithm and the improved genetic algorithm,the benefit deviation of inventory and transportation was balanced step by step, theoverall cost was optimized and the optimal solution was got.The main research contents are as follows:(1) To analyze the auto parts inbound transportation, involve the Milk-runmode, introduce some theory of the Milk-run mode, and build the modelof inbound transportation based on the Milk-run mode.(2) a model of inventory and transportation Bi-level programming modelwas constructed based on Milk-Run mode, namely, the top inventorymodel and the lower transportation model were optimized respectively.Then, through the Hybrid optimization algorithm and the improvedgenetic algorithm, the benefit deviation of inventory and transportationwas balanced step by step, the overall cost was optimized and theoptimal solution was got.(3) A real example was used to verify the effectiveness of the model andalgorithm, to find the advantages of the Milk-run mode, compared to thetraditional transportation mode.
