| The wagon dumper system is an important dumping equipment in ports, factories, and mines, mainly used for the rapid dumping of bulk cargo such as coal and ore transported by open wagons.During the dumping operation of the open wagon by the wagon dumper, the open wagon is subjected to complex loads, which can easily cause structural damage to the open wagon body, such as the tilting inward deformation of the side columns. On the other hand,in order to meet the needs of railway freight transportation, open wagons,as transportation carriers, are also constantly developing towards greater volume and load, and there are significant differences in body structural parameters between different types of open wagon. This paper takes C70 type,C70E type, and C70EA type three different heights of the 70 t level open wagon bodies as the research object, and establishes three types of finite element models of the open wagon body, and uses geometric methods to analyze and calculate the changes in the mass of coal loaded on them during the operation of the C-type rotor wagon dumper, and on this basis, calculates the load on the open wagon bodies, two schemes for the height of the support beam contact the side columns are proposed and loads are applied according to the requirements of the GB/T 18818-2021 Inspecting specification for railway wagon dumper and bulk cargo unfreezing warehouse, uses finite element simulation method to obtain the stress and tilting inward bending moment changes of three types of open wagon bodies with six rotation angles(40°,50°,60°,70°,80°,and 90°),and the reliability of the finite element simulation results is verified by combining test data. The results show that under the two schemes, the stress and tilting inward bending moment at the lower end of the side columns of three types of open wagon bodies with different heights reach the maximum value when the rotation angle of the wagon dumper is 60°,and the maximum stress meets the allowable stress requirements of the open wagon body material, the maximum total tilting inward bending moment of the side columns meets the requirements of the TB/T 3550.2-2019 Strength design and test accreditation specification for rolling stock-Car body. |
