Under the trend of economic globalization,The Belt and Road has been growing and expanding.Up to now,China has signed 203 cooperation documents with 138 countries and31 international organizations on jointly building The Belt and Road.Under the background of this era,the trade between China and the rest of the world is more and more frequent.As trade activities become more and more active at the same time,the requirements for the volume and speed of cargo transportation are also increasingly high.Railway freight transport with its load,speed and other advantages,in the freight transport occupies a pivotal position,so in the development of freight transport railway freight absolutely can not be ignored.Open wagon with its convenient loading and unloading,can carry goods type many advantages,become the main model of railway freight,account for more than 50% of rail freight vehicles,so the development of open wagon directly affected the level of cargo transport.At the same time,China’s production of open wagon is in the leading position in the world,and the annual export volume is huge,which plays an important role in improving the freight level of importing countries and promoting economic growth,and makes an important contribution to the prosperity and development of the "The Belt and Road" economic zone.At the same time,compared with the traditional open wagon,stainless steel open wagon has the advantages of good corrosion resistance and easy maintenance,so the research on open wagon has very important practical significance.Based on the finite element method theory,this paper analyzes and calculates the stiffness,static strength,mode,stability and fatigue strength of the export stainless steel coal hauling open wagon body by using Hyper Mesh/ANSYS software,and carries out the strength check of the bolts used in the wagon body.The static strength of the wagon body structure was studied by the method of finite element numerical simulation analysis and test verification,and the performance results of the wagon body were evaluated according to the relevant evaluation criteria.Specific research contents and methods are as follows:(1)Using Hyper Mesh software,the finite element model of the open wagon body for export stainless steel coal transport was established.According to the AARM-1001-2007 "Truck Design and Manufacturing Code",11 calculation conditions of static strength were determined.The stiffness and static strength of the wagon body were analyzed in detail with ANSYS software,and the structural improvement scheme was put forward for the parts with small safety factor on the wagon body.The best improvement scheme was selected by calculation.(2)According to AARM-1001-2007 "Truck Design and Manufacturing Code" and TB/T3550.2-2019 "Railway Vehicle Strength Design and Test Identification Code",the static strength test of the wagon body is carried out,the test method and patch position are introduced,and the test results are compared with the simulation results.The error between the two is calculated and the cause of the error is analyzed.(3)According to the basic theory of modal analysis and stability analysis and related requirements,the modal analysis and stability analysis are carried out on the wagon body structure to obtain the unstable parts,natural frequencies and vibration shapes of the wagon body structure.The modal and stability of the vehicle body are evaluated according to the evaluation criteria.(4)Based on the nominal stress method,AARM-1001-2007 "Goods Vehicle Design and Manufacturing Code" and the British Standard for Fatigue Design and Evaluation of Steel Structure(BS Standard)were applied to analyze the fatigue strength of the wagon body.The cumulative damage ratio of each weak position of the wagon body was obtained through calculation,and the life mileage of the wagon body was calculated to determine whether the vehicle design requirements were met.(5)According to the "VDI 2230-2003" standard,the connection strength of the bolt on the wagon body was checked under the static strength condition. |
