The dumper is a kind of non-standard special mechanical equipment widely used in ports,metallurgy,power plants,etc.It is used to dump ore and coal mines in gondola,which can realize semi-automatic or full automation of operation,so it is convenient and fast for the industry.With the widespread use of dumpers in China,the corresponding safety problems are also particularly prominent,mainly because the dumper has large bearing capacity,complicated working conditions and poor environment,resulting in cracks or even breaks in the steel structure of the dumper,which has great safety hazards.It also seriously affects the service life of the dumper.In this thesis,the C-type double-turning machine is taken as the research object.According to the rules of railway gondola parameters,steel structure and other existing experience,the structure design of the body structure of the dumper is carried out.The body and components of the dumper are modeled and assembled by Solidworks modeling software.Due to the large volume of the body of the dumper and the complicated operation force,the simulation technology and the static method are used to determine the key flip angle during the operation.The motion simulation is performed by Solidworks & motion to determine that the body has a flip angle of 0°,65°,120° and 180°,meanwhile there is a large force.Then using Solidworks & simulation finite element analysis software,static analysis of the body at four flip angles is carried out according to the initial conditions and boundary conditions,and the stress distribution of the body under four working conditions is obtained.The cloud map and the displacement map show that the body components have large stresses,and the dumper has safety hazards,also the body needs to be optimized to ensure its safety.The author optimizes the structure size and support position of the dumper beam,optimizes the size of the welded plate and the stiffening position of the beam section to improve the strength of the beam,optimizes the position of the support of the body and the roller to improve the overall rigidity of the body,and at the same time The cross-sectional dimension of the girders is reduced to reduce the weight of the body.Finally,the finite element analysis of the body under the four conditions is performed again.According to the stress distribution cloud map and the displacement map,the optimized stress and strain values of the bulk structure are reduced,which meet the safety requirements of the body operation.The boring machine designed and optimized by this project meets the performance andsafety requirements after finite element analysis,and has been produced and used.According to the feedback of the site conditions,this method of design optimization analysis is correct and feasible.This article provides an important theoretical basis on designs and optimizes the double-overturning machine.
